    So i thought this was a good ball with the original drill which was pin above the fingers....now with the rico drill this ball is so amazing....... i own a roto grip cell which is drilled with the strongest drill pattern due to my speed and the sidewinder out hooks it by about 4 boards which really supprised me....my suggestions are use the rico on this ball. x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

Only thing i like about this balll is the layout rolls very smooth and pedictably. Ball has absolutely no carry Second Brunswick ball I have tried Scorchin being the first. Too many corner pins when flush in the pocket, too high 8 pin, too soft 10 pin and I am a lefty. Tried the BIG B again and dont think I will ever do it again, even if it is given to me. Very disappointed with the equipment but I will give the ball one more try on a different pattern at a different house and if it proves me wrong I will retract every single word **Update** Used ball in two different houses one wood, one synthetic, In the wood house on broken down lanes the ball gave me excellent length and decent finish still not impressed. In the synthetic house with broken down third shift lanes, ball went extremly too long leaving lots of washouts I had to pretty much throw the ball and senior citizen speed . Overall impression will have a temporary spot in my bag only at wooden lanes when they are broken

Bought this ball on vacation needed somthing to do while i was at the mall waiting for my plane. A friend of mine has one and seen him throw the ball on a heavy oil condition and like the way it worked for him. Had it drilled rather agressive which works out great with the coverstock. So far i have seen that the coverstock allows the ball to clear the heads very clean, and combine the stronger drill it comes back very nice, somtimes to hard if i get soft with my speed. Second brunswick ball in a couple months very nice.

I bowled in a league growing up, and then left the game for 10+ years. I am just getting back into a league now. I was bowling a couple of times a year with a 13 lb. alley ball. I have never had a finger tip grip ball before. I was bowling 170-190 with the alley ball. My highest game ever was a 194. After buying this ball my first 3 games were 212-237-169=618. I was pumped!!! After 3 weeks I needed new grips put in(original ones were too small). And last night I bowled a 263!!!!! 9 X in a row!!! I would recommend this ball to everyone. Great performance for the money!!!!

its ok for a bowler that throws an average to slower pace, thats y i still think it is a good ball its just not for me i my buddy who i sold it to loves it and at the place i bowled with it at has averaged 15 pins more a game than he used to so its a good ball and if nothing else, become friends with the guys at your proshop and any demos they get you can throw a few games with them and then you will have an idea of whether you like it or not thats what i should have done before i bought this one

This is my second bowling ball and is really a great improvement to the minimal reaction of my Columbia 300 Scout Reactive. It has a very nice, solid hook shooting around the second arrow and is very easy to control. I really enjoy having the 3rd hole for the pinkie drilled to give more control. Works well on the medium to light oil patterns at my local bowling center. Overall the ball is pretty forgiving, carrying quite a few heavy and Brooklyn shots. You can't beat the price on the Sidewinder, or any of the others in the BVP series by Brunswick.

For a wide variety of ball releases, and reactions Sidewinder is the ball for the masses, Brunswick’s states Recommended Lane Conditions: Medium Dry to Medium Oily Out of the box finish, I find the Sidewinder to hook: The Side winder is predictability on heavier oil and Medium Conditions pattern as well. Sidewinders cover stock and low load particle provide the widest range of reactions provided for most bowler The Best BVP Yet The BVP Sidewinder features: Brunswick’s first Solid / Pearl Hybrid - Low Load Particle cover stock. Known for mid-lane recovery , Recovery is thru breakpoints, As a Rule a particle ball reaction has been a favorite for many types of bowlers on both high scoring house shots and more demanding sport lane conditions. The lower RG with Rocket core helps the Sidewinder get into an earlier roll (not Early) which helps create more mid-lane recovery on today’s high viscosity oils and hard lane surfaces.. I won’t compare the Sidewinder to

I drilled the SIdewinder test ball (thanks goes out to Brunswick) pin 4 3/4" from my PAP, 3 1/2" above the midline, and the cg at 45* from the pin/my PAP. From early experiences, there is nothing but good things to say about this ball. From the fresh house shot that I tried it on, to the broken down house shot with heavy carrydown, I was able to play a variety of angles with a minor hand position or speed adjustment. On both patterns the ball got through clean and made a smooth and powerful move to the pocket. Compared to my Punisher, the Sidewinder was 6 boards stronger with my feet. Compared to my Rampage, the Sidewinder was only 2 boards stronger, but the ball motion was more in the middle 20 feet of the lane, and was much, much more predictable. The new Sidewinder was not allergic to oil, like my Rampage was. I think this cover matches up with the Rocket Core a million times better than with the Mammoth's high-load particle. This is truly looking to be a great rel
