Bowlers Journal classifed this as the hardest hitting ball ever made. I sincerely agree with them about that, I gather that's where this ball got its name from. Mine is drilled 4 1/4x 5, 16# RH, with a 2-3" pin out. This ball gets down the lane well and makes a sudden turn to the pins. It's not really a skid flip reaction but close enough. The move is strong and smoove, but can leave alot of flat tens when thrown with a lower track release. I had best results using more of a forward roll/spin type of higher track release. Also, AZO doesn't recommend playing deeper than the third arrow with this ball, I would gather from the highly polished coverstock.
