If you get a chance to snag this ball somewhere get it in your bag.. you won't regret it. I'm a versital bowler who plays all over the lane depending on the conditions and this ball was up to the challenge every time. Played in medium oil second arrow down and in and this ball rolled 14 straight and gave me my first 300. I'm glad I got my hands on this ball before it became discontinued. I have played 3 arrow and cranked it and had no problem finshing because it has such a consistant smooth roll and loses nothing in the finish.

Where do i start about a ball that gets me 21 in a row in tournament play??!! The Vemon is a strong ball from AMF. I am so diappointed it's now gone! This is a great particle pearl. It has an even roll for a pearl but it's carry is superior on medium to dry lane conditions. I've had 2, one drilled pin up and one pin down and they both perfomed well beyond expectations! This ball always seems to find the hole and carries so many off pocket hits. The core in this ball is from the Trimuph line such balls as the TNT, AMP and Terminal Velocity. The core and cover combo on this one gives you a lane reader that has some bite and reads backends like no other. I use it on medium to dry lanes when the heads are going and the backends are fresh. The ball shines here! It carries and hits like a winner! If you have a chance to snag one off of Ebay or wherever do so without hesitation. This is my benchmark ball. It's my first ball out of the bag. I can have a great reading of the lanes by the way this ball reacts. It's very predictable and controlable. Goes long and comes back to the pocket strong Not much that I dislike about this ball. I only need to put some revs to not get some light hits. As a result of that i've left a few teans before. I throw mostly MoRich balls, and I like their balls a lot, but this ball still is what I keep going back to when everything else fails. The color is a nice swirl of greens. I would recommend this ball for a house shot to anybody.

This is a great ball from AMF, i normally dont throw particle balls well but this thing was nice. I almost covered the entire lane with it by changing my wrist position, its very versatile. The ball has nice colors, looks really cool going down the lane. Ive put some games on the ball, and the coverstock still looks great and the ball is still hooking like it was brand new out of the box. The ball is one of those never quit balls and should be one of the first out of your bag. If you like this ball try the Radar, ive seen good things.

This ball stays where u put it for the right amount of time, i throw about 13 mph and throw from 2nd arrow and im a cranker. Anyways this ball stayed where i put it and the first game i bowled 7 straight strikes, i drilled it for length and that is the only way this ball does what its supposed to do, thats hit hard and go long on combo lane conditions (wood and synthetic). Wood lanes i didnt do so hot with this medium oil ball, on my normal shot of 2 arrow crank, but it was good for 1 arrow and throwing harder.. synthetic alone the ball sticks very well to a high oil condition too i was shocked!!!! the price isnt hefty and the drilling means alot but its a good buy in my opinion

very controlable ball, have used it on dry lans, and normal house shot.can"t wait till oct 1 to try it on some sprot shot conditions.my instructor has been after me for about 3 months to try this ball, and he was right.im a complete left handed stroker.the ball is really controlable,as in if you hit yor mark it does the same thing every time.if im high it lets the 4-7. or just the 7.if im deep it lets the 1-3-6. it seems to clean everything in it path. in the pocket its 10 to the pit.AMF has put together one heck of a particle ball.makes me wanna buy more of their products

I wanted a particle pearl ball with a strong, predictable reaction that would fight through carrydown better than my other pearl balls. This Venom was pin 1.5 - 2" out of the box with 1.5oz of topweight. It was drilled with a strong leverage drilling off the AMF sheet. The pin is below and 1 inch to the right of the ring finger with the CG below the pin about halfway from the center of grips to the pap on the midline. I used this ball on freshly resurfaced wood lanes with a house shot, playing between the 1st and 2nd arrows, and it had a strong midlane reaction with a defined breakpoint and continuous roll into the pins. This ball basically sets up and maintains the angle from the breakpoint all the way into the pins with a strong roll. It hits very hard and it holds line well because of the reaction shape off the breakpoint. I think I got what I wanted out of this ball so far, it is a solid piece of work for the arsenal. I have used the Venom on synthetics and it is more of a s

This ball is great for longer lane conditions. It will get through the heads easily. This ball rolls hard in the mid-lane. It has strong continuous backend. This ball is good on a house with some carry-down. I really like this ball on a fresh longer tournament condition. You will not want to get this in the dry to early or it will check-up hard. For the players with less revs this ball would be good with fresh backends. I feel like this ball is the best ball in its price range. AMF has came a long ways and this ball is proof.

I was very impressed with the reaction of this ball. I was researching bowling balls to fill my tournament bag and I needed something for the mid-lane and medium conditions and well I found it with the new AMF Venom. The Venom helped me fill the missing part of my tournament equipment and now I am set. I've used this ball on numerous lane conditions from sport to wet-dry to dry conditions. I have had no problem tackleing them all. Sport conditions and heavy oil I had to play straighter more down and in and on medium lane I could use the whole lane and on dry conditions I used less hand in the ball and got the ball to stop and roll instead of a continuous hook. The ball is very forgiving and is easy to read and still gives you the hook you need. You couldn't ask for a smoother ball from AMF. Great ball if your into sport leagues or if your just a once or twice a week league bowler. It's a great ball for all types of bowlers from strokers to crankers to full rollers. The ball w
