Had a chance to drill up the solid version of the Orbit Extreme. Needed a drier lane ball and did not want a 3-piece ball. Had a pearl version, wanted a smoother look and that's exactly what I got! Pearl version has a definite flip on the backend. This one rolls a hair earlier and is smoother on the back. It still makes a move but with the polish broken off with a 4000 Abralon the ball was VERY readable on a broken down house shot and a sport condition. It is a "jamable" ball not only in the track but was able to play a fader line inside as well. Carry was good, good enough to be that 200 to 225 ball when everyone else is dying. It's nice to have a 2 piece ball that is cheap in price but performs on the lane like a $200.00+ ball. This could also be a great ball for the beginner bowler. Way to go AMF! I traded for this ball and did not bother to change the drilling. The dude I got it from had a stack leverage on it. Because it was set up so strong I was able to use from the get go during my league. I think a tamer drilling would make this a beauty on drier conditions. I'm considering redrilling it with the pin over the middle finger. Medium Core + Medium Coverstock = Extreme Wall Whacker Uh, there's nothing else to say but I can't post this unless I write at least 100 words....so, yeah....more words.... The Ultimate Inferno is my favorite ball..........EVaR!!

This ball has a Low Rg, it wants to rev in your back-swing, if you let it, it will destroy pins, if you hit it, it will do tricks, it will rev up and roll out on light to dry and Skate on medium to heavy oil, people that loved the Ebonite V2 Pearl should love this ball! Let this ball release smoothly without the extra forearm smash and watch pins fly! yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada ttttt ttttt tttttt tttttt tttttt tttttt tttt tttttt ttttt
