Was blown away with the Columbia300 take-over by Ebonite so had to get me a last ball by the absolutely best manufacturer there ever was. Was looking for a replacement for my Big Bully that I recently retired but was the absolute best, most forgiving ball I ever used. Got a 15lb.Big Shot, with a 3in. pin, with 3-1/2oz.top weight. Had it drilled 5x5 label leverage for as much length as I could get. At first it was going almost TOO long with a mild flip and finish. After about 5-6 games it really started to hook-up. Now have a nice skid to the end of the oil (31 ft/heavy & feathered to 41 ft; 7bd to 7bd in the house I bowl) and HUGE drive to the pocket where it determines that all pins must leave-NOW! No 10-pins shall remain steadfastly defiant! Necessary to adjust left as the games go on. I usually have to change to another ball by the 3rd game. A ball well worth owning.

Ball Has good length thru the heads, and finishes strong on the backend. Need to make adjustsments when the lane breaks-down 2-3 boards >. I'm currently bowling on synthic lanes with a 10 X 10 pattern with light to medium oil. The ball may be better on heavy to medium oil conditions. It delivers a nice punch on the back end. Bowled a 218, 197, 186 right out of the box. The ball likes to stay on the oil. On dry-lane, its really hooks alot The ball travels nicely thru the heads, and finishes strong. Over-all I like the Ball and considering it's last from Columbia 300 line, Get one while supplies last, Boys !
