An RG of 2.46 combines with a Differential RG of 0.042 to yield quick spin and a strong reaction at the breakpoint. New bowling technology has once again emerged from the most technically advanced company in the bowling industry with the new TRITON. Through extensive research Track has developed a unique product that will have as big an impact on bowling as the introduction of the ceramic core. TRITON utilizes our new TRI-CORE TECHNOLOGY which allows us to place 3 separate and distinct cores inside one another. No product ever produced has allowed the bowler to achieve the dynamics of the TRITON. Recent tests results show a 15% increase in revolutions in the front part of the lane. TRITON achieves this high spin rate through the dynamics of the inner most REV CORE. Track has also added an extra dimension with its new flip core by scientifically balancing it to match the REV CORE. Combined, these two cores dramatically increase the flip potential on the back end of the lane. The outer BALANCED CORE is designed to enhance the performance and the efficiency of the two inner cores. The TRITON's spin and flip characteristics were specifically designed to match today's lane conditions. Core in a core equals revs, control and flip. Launch the power of the Ocean Blue TRITON and kick some serious butt.

Drilled pin-down. In 97 this ball was awesome. It made a smooth arc to the pocket and destroyed racks. On today's heavier volumes it is a bit of a dud though especially polished like the factory finish. It however is showing some promise after being resanded with 600P/1000/2000 (P4000 equivalent?) It's starting to make a strong move to the pocket and hit strong. I'll play with the surface more and see what happens. I will try 1000 grit and P600 plus polish. Right now my Classic U2 is just as strong and that doesn't seem right.

pin right in 14lb 14 oz(good for my tired old arm!!) Ok, heading back to my old 'stomping grounds' with its extra 5 ft of oil before the buff area sent my control drilled Triton into a bit of a tizz so it got banished for a while!! But as with most of my older gear it was given another trip to the shop. The layout now can best be described as 'educated guesswork leverage' I shifted the label/pin 2 1/2 inches off my centre line(puts pin at 3" from PAP, maybe 3 1/8") and set it up so the pin was an inch above my midline, with hole at 6 1/2" for a bit more kick in the back. Took it out on a typical day after leauge condition with light carrydown. While the little bit of oil in the back is not this pills preffered condition its low RG tendancies stop it from being too skaty here and its very playable if you line it up tight and lay off the speed a little. Best results were got standing 15 or 10 and not getting it right of 10 at 40ft. No sudden jump at the break here either, with thi

I love it, if I thought I'd ever see a decent house shot around here, I'd love to have another one. Perfect for medium conditions with oil in the middle. I guess the shot when I bowled the 821 was a fairly easy wall shot. I've since been seeing much more difficult conditions. I had an Arby's "Big Mo" and a Gatorade that day so, needless to say, I ate and drank the same before bowling for a while after that, he he. It wasn't that. I was incredibly focused that day. It was the Friday Rush Hour League roll-off, and one member of the other team had been talking smack the whole week preceding. I was fired up to put it mildly. Hey Craig, you readin' this? I had been practicing something with my left(non-bowling) arm and was just thinking about that and my target. Nothing else. I also bowled 1000 for four games with this ball during another roll-off. To sum it all up, The Track Triton is my all time high series ball. I'd buy another one, but I'd be afraid of it cracking at the bridge ag

Well first impressions were a little misleading with this ball, i started getting a real skittish reaction on my leauge shot and while pointing at the pocket got me some good results in tourney play on heavier oil i was never 100% confident with it in my hand. So back to the shop travelled and on it went the pin 2 1/2" from PAP layout that has given me OK results on my Elite Pearl. Now after a few games with this i can see what this ball is REALLY supposed to do. The midlane is much more readable(a roll you can see with your eyes shut practically) and i get a little bit of left where the condition gives me none with my Combat Zone. The surface was dulled with 400 and polished back up to 1200 which was a good trick to use on those older Columbia made pearls a few years ago to give you some extra control to go with their second to none ability to get through the heads. I tried it swinging 15-10, 25-10 and even sawing on it from inside 30 for a few shots and the ball never looked like giv

the ball is the best ball i ever have in my bag i have a lot of ball in my pro shop and i will tell you somthing ....that is the best in medium oil condition. The ball just carry the pin so hard . the head pin goes on the side and comes back to get the 10th pin across the lane very often so if you can still find a ball like the ocean triton somewhere ..just buy it cause your missing something. I have this ball since 5 years (i bought it new) and theres almost scratch on it

Buy it you wont be disapointed at all. If ur on a leage like me ask them before you bowl what he lane conditions are.if there medium or heavy oil it will rock the house all night. If it is dry use a diffrent ball or throw the triton down the middle. It hooks of the lane on dry lanes.Buy it Buy it Track is a awsome ball compony i really like there line of balls and stuff u can buy to make ur track collection complete. Really if u want a good ball get this it it way better than most balls. Take my word it is a very good ball

The triton is a very good ball when the lane conditions are right. It is the first ball that I bought when I got into bowling. It's tough to pick up the 10 pin, (if you don't carry a spare ball), but can be done. The ball rolls pretty consistent, obviously as long as you throw it consistent. I just had mine resurfaced, and it works great!! I took a bowling class in college, and the lanes were always extremely dry. I could not get anything going with this ball. I would suggest to use this ball after the lanes have been oiled and used for about an hour or two. Right after leagues is a great time to pull it out.

the ocean blue triton was an awesome ball - i had 3 of these balls in the past an retired 2 of the 3 in my collection. i used this ball in a variety of state junior tournaments when i rolled them - this was about 5 yrs ago... i had 4 titles with this ball along with about 10 top 5 finishes..this ball didnt only hit hard - it kept pins low an carried almost everything in the hole.. i liked everything this ball brought to the table--- i never really ran into a pblm with this ball at all... but like all bowlers balls get outdated like this did an i moved on an stayed with the bowling technology-- by buying different bowling balls. but i rate this ball a definite 10.
