GOT THE BALL 2 WEEKS AGO , THREW 268 OUT OF BOX.THEN STRUGGLED NEXT 12 OR SO GAMES.FOUND NEW STYLE GRIPS I TRIED WERE NOT WORKING FOR ME,HANGING UP ON MY FINGERS A LITTLE BIT. CHANGED THEM TO MY NORMAL GRIPS AND THREW 268,267,256 FOR 791,MY NEW HIGH.(WAS 789,SO NOT BY MUCH) AS LONG AS MY SPEED WAS RIGHT , IT WAS JUST DEVASTATING AT THE PINS.IVE BOUGHT SEVERAL BALLS (12) IN THE LAST 3 YEARS OF A VARIETY OF COMPANIES, AND THEY TRACK OUT SO QUICK, FROM 30 TO 60 GAMES AND THEY NEVER COME BACK LIKE THEY WERE NEW. SO IM HOPING THIS ONE LAST LIKE IVE BEEN TOLD IT WOULD. AFTER 15 GAMES IT HASNT CHANGED A BIT , LIKE THE REST DID.THIS A GREAT PIECE , DONT MISS OUT.

This ball isn't as forgiving as The One, ( I think), however it has a much better hit. This ball was originally drilled as a stacked leverage, and I redrilled it to have a much earlier breakpoint. The RAD+ is 3 inches to the right of my thumb and my ring finger is drilled halfway into the pin. This ball rolls up very nicely and carries great. This ball (with new polish) is best played close to the dry line until you break through the finish on the ball. I like this Paradigm better than the Passion simply because of the pearl reaction over the solid.

This is the first Storm product I've thrown and I'm hooked. Straight out of the box I've shot 580, 673 and my first 7 (717) in league play. I've never played a real big hook but for the first time I'm able to put a little swing on the ball. I was primarily a down and in player with a Track EMB. I tried playing that shot first time out with the Digm and barely caught the 4 pin as the ball swung across the lanes. I'm now throwing basically across 10-12 out to 7-5. I would definitely recommend this ball to to people. I've had 3 people in my league ask about this ball after seeing the way I've thrown it over the last 3 weeks and I expect to see all 3 of them with one very soon. And this ball hits harder than a truck. Don't listen to anyone who tells you differant, unless they tell you it hits like 2 trucks!

Once I abandoned my wrist guard, my games went 140, 233, 300. I followed my Vertigo with the Paradigm tonight in the third game of league in spectacularly oily conditions. 225 was the result, bowling through 15 to a breakpoint at 12. It's difficult for me to bowl as slowly as seemed necessary, but I think as my wrist strengthens, I'll be able to speed back up. Has anyone tried to roughen up the surface strongly for high oil conditions? I suppose I should save the Vertigo for this, but mine is dying after 100 games. Time to resurface I suppose. One more thing about the Paradigm is that the layout I have with the pin under the ring finger seems to work pretty well left-handed as well. I bowled a 630 last weekend.

This ball is incredibly stong in on the lane. This ball is drilled agressive with my pin under the ring figer and cg kicked out like 2 inches. This ball is reving and flareing throughout the midlane, but since its polished and reactive the ball will carry through the oil and explode on the backend. This ball had an incredible "HIT". Ball hits like any other storm ball. Hits so so hard, no other company had bowling balls that carry and hit this hard. This ball is truely the master on medium to heavy conditons. This ball even works great on carrydown. This ball is an all around very good ball. Highly recommend it to any die-hard storm players.

Got this new Paradigm drilled for strong hook for a right handed stroker. On medium oil it operated very well playing up the boards over second arrow at medium speed. I found that it wouldn’t grab the surface on heavier patterns even if I slowed the speed a bunch. It was difficult to find a suitable strike line on the heavy oil pattern. I decided to buff it with green scotch brite to kill the shine and now the Paradigm kills the pins. I stand with right foot at foremost center dot and target between first and second arrow. The ball stays on the route I send it and hooks just the right amount. It will strike when you think it won’t and it will come back in when you think it won’t. But if you tug it, it will cross over. If you just relax and let this ball do all the work, it certainly will. This ball makes me look like a pro on the lanes and people start asking for pointers. The only pointer I didn’t tell them was “Get a Paradigm”.<scrip

Where do i start? A 740 right out of the box. The fact that i havent shot below 200 with the ball yet. This ball has me more excited about bowling then i've been in a while. It hits hard and clean, and reads the lanes so quick its scary. Even though ive only thrown about 12 games with it so far, it has been very consistent and i have yet had to throw a game below 215, which is ten pins above avg. Very clean through the heads and the skid snap has really helped my game. Thanks to STORM for making this truly great ball.

My bag consisted of a Diablo and a Hot Rod Super Sport Pearl and i really didnt have a ball for heavier conditions. One of the guys at my local (Vinny D'Ambrosia III on storm regional staff) pro shop suggested i get the paradigm looking at my situation. When i first got the ball, the polished surface wasn't workin for me so i got it sanded and all i can say is WoW!!!!!. I have it drilled to hook like my Diablo but when it breaks at the end breaks at least 7-10 boards more and hits like a freight train. Bowled a 661 out of the box. The only reason this ball might leave a corner pin is if i throw it wrong or if it hits too powerful driving pins straight to the back. Also this ball, once i got it sanded, hooked on even the tightest of patterns. Every strom bowler or even every serious bowler should have one of these its in bag. Vinny<scri

My over all review on this ball is excellant. I enjoyed throwing the ball on house and sport patterns as well as watching other people throw and score well with this ball. This ball is designed for medium to heavy oil. You can play anywhere on a house pattern and have the most forgiving backend, hit, and mix. The ball impressed me on how well it started and recovered on sport patterns in heavy oil. Even on sport patterns you could still play anywhere on the lane and still get a strong response on the lane and to the pins. This ball has unbelievable hitting power through the pins. You just don't see ten in the pit you see pins flying everywhere and messengers coming across like you wouldn't normally see taking out corner pins along with nine pins and eight pins. Overall if you want a ball for medium to heavy oil that is very strong and can clear the heads and give you great hitting power with mix and that is easy to read on the backends than this is the ball I would recommend.

May have gotten a bad ball (weight block may have shifted or collapsed since 1 finger hole was 1" deeper than the drill bit). Drilled 2 different ways (both aggressive) and neither hooks much. My Screamin' Banshee outhooks and outsnaps this ball by far. Cannot even come close to comparing to my X-Factor Ace in overall hook or power at the pins. Have heard nothing but raves for this ball and I just don't see where people are coming from....so I'm having it sent back to Storm for a replacement (first time ever having a problem with a Storm ball).

Good ball, nice ark had ball drilled to hook later but greater, if you go to far outside and it hangs on the ball might hit pocket or at least take out 9. I had super carry with ball right out of the box, ball hooks infact I threw with the ball and I put not alot revs on the ball. ANOTHER GOOD BALL FROM A GOOD COMPANY.The ball go's about 40' and just snaps back but with a good arc. Ball has to be rolled, loft just makes the ball hook later and it hooks late enough. STORM

DEFINETLY NOT A DRY CONDITION BALL. In Oily / Wet you need hand and some sensitivity to ball speed. Never thought I would go to a Resin hybrid ball as my go to ball, I was wrong! Have trouble staying with the ball into the third game but changing my line to 25 to 10 break point 7-8 seems to be a good change. I recommend this ball for bowlers with low rev rates and anyone who wants hitting power including the high rev stroker. I have a flip layout on it and as in most cases, it is both speed and hand axis sentitive. I don't see a down side to this since Options are good and you get plenty of options with this ball. Unsure what a cranker would do with this ball?

I CURRENTLY OWN 2 COLUMBIA EPX'S 14 LB. AND A 15 LB., A LANE MASTERS YEAH BABY, AND A COLUMBIA THROTTLE. THE STORM PARADIGM IS MY FAVORITE. THIS BALL JUST FLOWS DOWN THE LANE WITH A WICKED HOOK INTO THE PINS WHICH LITERALLY JUST EXPLODES INTO THE POCKET. MY AVERAGE JUMPED 30 - 40 PINS SINCE I STARTED USING IT. I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!. THIS IS THE FIRST STORM PRODUCT I HAVE EVER TRIED, IT WAS CUSTOM DRILLED VERY AGGRESSIVELY BY BOBBY'S PRO SHOP IN AURORA COLORADO. WITH MY OTHER BALLS THE 10 PIN WAS A CONSTANT COMPANION, BUT WITH THE PARADIGM THAT VERY RARELY HAPPENS. I AM GETTING ALOT MORE PIN ACTION THAN EVER BEFORE, INFACT I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT KNOW ME COME OVER AND SEE WHAT BALL I AM USING. THANKS STORM!! GREAT PRODUCT!.

This is the best two game ball in my arsenal first two weeks with it I went 505 and 535 going into the third game (250+ average) problem is the game becomes so easy with this ball I did not want to stop using it when I needed to. (Third game) Finaly I switched third game and shot 750 using the Paradigm the first two games and another ball for the third game. What I can not beleive is how this ball recovers if you miss right and holds if you tug in. Simply amazing oh yeah I have mine drilled pin above 4 1/2 X 4 with a balance hole. I can not wait to use it on a flood pattern where the oil holds for all three games.

I am a storm fans since el nino... however I changed to brunswick, coz storm ball is so crazy in the backend.. but paradigm totally is another story.. can you imagine that there is a very stable pearl reactive ball in the world? with a lot of backend as you want.? here is the answer ---- paradigm My ball - Pin and CG under forth finger, and RAD kick on the right... 37' house oil, first shot... no warm up . just send the ball out and get a strike.. woo hoo.. then league time.. 30 boards go to third arrow to board 5 then smash to the pocket.... well... is not like a truck, coz I think truck should be describe the dull ball... but this is pearl ball.. it's like a rocket... I have more 20 than average that weeks..

I drilled the ball 2 hours before I bowled a tournament. I shot 5 games before the tournament. I won the tournament. Not suprisingly storm does it yet again with the paradigm. The ball has CRAZY back-end action. It doesn't loose any power in the heads. I've never seen a ball with that much lenght and the much hook. It's almost too much. I've been bowling with storm for the last 5 years and I've never seen anything like it. It's stronger than my fired up with the lenght of my tropical storm.<scri

Layed this ball out with the pin above the fingers on the midline with the RAD+ just right of the thumb. The reason I say I don't like the layout is because it's really not tapping into the balls potential. I will say this ball rolls strong and carries like nothing I've throwin in a while. This ball seems to succeed best when I play where the pattern plays wetter. The times I have used it with a high rate of success so far are when the shot displays enormous wet/dry. My other pieces are just ti jumpy off the dry and to weak to play the oil. The Paradigm allows me to just play the wet in the middle without fear of it missing the break. This ball is going to be a nice tournament edtion for those times when a piece to play away from the dry with success. For those that do not like playing way in, this ball does go down the lane rather smoothly before tranitioningi

First few times throwing the ball I had trouble with it. But after fixing the thumb hole its unreal. I throw with alot of speed around 19mph. My track xception usually doesn't have enough time to check up so I polished it and throw it straight up. The storm paradigm is a whole differant story. I can throw it as fast as I want and it comes back even harder. I have heard people say it looks like someone kicks the ball. Thats the best way to describe it. It looks like its going to hit the 6 pin and then it make a crazy move to the left and smashes the pocket. My team couldn't believe the reaction. Needless to say. Tonight we will have 5 on the rack. One big bowl of fruit loops.

par·a·digm: 'per-&-"dIm, 'pa-r&- also -"dim noun a philosophical and theoretical framework of a scientific school or discipline within which theories, laws, and generalizations and the experiments performed in support of them are formulated; broadly : a philosophical or theoretical framework of any kind. Theory is fine... I prefer facts. Fact 1... Storm is in the busines of putting out a ball a month regardless of it's quality. Fact 2... Storm likes to suck as much money out of it's customers as it can, hence the stupidly expensive price tag of this ball. Fact 3... Storm is too busy stinking up their bowling balls to devote any money to what they should be doing... making quality equipment.

Had this ball drilled up by Mike Miller(PBA)at "10 Pins and More" in Rio Rancho, NM. Ball started out weighing 15lbs 1 oz with 2.48 oz top weight before drilling and a 3.5" pin. Laid ball out with pin just above and right of the ring fingert(Right-Hander), RAD+ swung out 1/2" right of thumb, x-weight hole, polished up to 1500. Threw ball on my typical house shot 38' buffed to 45' Synthetic up and around the 10 board(see profile for style), there is OB outside the 5 board. My benchmark ball is a XXX-Factor drilled pin above fingers and RAD swung out 1/2" right of thumb with comparable top weight as the Paradigm and I can tell you that on this shot the Paradigm easily outhooked/cover more overall boards by a minimum of 7 boards to start and tamed down to about 5 boards difference after 6 games of practice and 3 games of league(League set: 230, 267, 258 = 755 Series). The ball is very aggressive throughout the entire lane. No matter how hard I tried, it was very difficult to get this bal

I must admit that when I got my staff ball about a month ago I was a little skeptical. I thought, how much different can this really be then a Triple X-Factor and the rest of the Xfactor line. I must say that I am truly surprised. This to date is the best asymmetrical ball I have used. Ball specs: Pin out 3 1/2, top 2.68. CG is 1/2 left of the pin to Rad marking Layout: Pin 4 1/4 from PAP, Rad 5 1/8 from PAP, Pin 3 inches above grip midline, NO Xtra hole My PAP is: 4 3/4 over I have tried this on a variety of conditions including our long and heavy house pattern (41 ft, with about 80-100 units in the middle), to another house pattern (37 ft, medium volume of oil), to sport patterns (37 ft and 39 ft with medium to heavy volumes of oil). On our long and heavy house pattern I had to play 10 and right (no ball is really any good inside of ten). The ball gave me the front end roll of the Triple X-factor but the strong breakpoint of the original X-factor. The Paradigm nearly se
