An excellent short pattern piece by Seismic, the Desperado LE. It's a perfect control piece for those short sport patterns or those broken down/dry house shots. Very clean through the heads, even when they are gone, with a mellow midlane and smooth continuation through the pin deck. Can also be thrown on a fresh house shot. Move right, and pitch it up the ditch, for a nice controlled motion to the pocket. The Desperado LE's are hard to come by, as they only made 200 of them. If you find one, try and get a second to stash away for a rainy day. This ball is not your average Urethane ball. The LE comes with the same Insignia core as the Aftermaths and Epicenter. When i layed this ball out i wanted something that can handle the shorter/dryer patterns what i got was a monster. With a layout of 40 x 5 x 25 this ball would hook the house on dryer shots. On a THS I was able to use this right out the gates, when I intended it to be a late night roller. Plan to order another and put a less aggressive layout on it. Great ball just be careful what you do with it.
