Zest

I recently decided to drop to 15# and scoured Ebay for some good deals. I usually run a 4 ball arsenal and thought this would work for my pearl reactive needs. Drilled it up pin and CG stacked 2in. over CG 1in. up for length and backend pop. Boy was I surprized!! This ball is total nonstop hook! My preferred line is a smooth 15 to 8 "baby swing" and my other pearl (storm Recharge) would work that line. This ball wasn't even close. The "Zest" needs oil and needs alot of it early to get down the lane. It is by far the biggest hooking pearl and quite possibly the biggest hooking ball I've ever thrown. It does carry well but don't expect many mixers as this thing explodes pins and clears the deck. Strokers should love this ball as it will allow them to move more inside and open up the lane but crankers will probably find it too strong. Tweeners like me will find its use limited to Med. Heavy oil or under alot of carrydown. I hope this review helps you.
