14 lbs; 4" pin, 2 1/2 oz top weight, pin 4 3/4" from PAP; PSA locator to right of thumb hole. This is a very good ball. Pick any recent zone asymetric before the Blast Zone. If you liked them you will like this ball. For me, with this layout, out of box finish, the ball went long then made a strong left turn. Seldom left any 10 pins. It could dive in early when the lanes dried out. It however is a good light to medium oil ball, especially for the price. This was my medium oil bowl for some time. This year I acquired a Silver Streak SE. It turned out to be a better medium oil ball for me - higher percentage of strikes. This spring I brought the surface of the Red Alert 300 to a satin finish with Scotch Brite. I used it as my medium to medium heavy oil ball. It had a more arcing reaction with the rougher surface. Carry was decent but I now have a Centrifugal Mass that was layed out to be better in medium to heavy oil. The Red Alert 300 works well on the surface I now have it

I read the previous review on this ball and wanted to give it a shot. I purchas this ball on ebay for 72.00 plus shipping. I first tried this ball on heavy oil and it hit above average. I then tried it on medium oil and boy was i shocked. This ball hit the pocket with exteme power and gave me an area like no other. I bowled two games with it,they were 256 and 300!!! It carried every good shot i made and didn't leave one corner pin. By the way this ball was actually considerd a 15 pound hmw(heavy mid weight), i usually use 15 and accidentally won this one on ebay!!Haha!!

I picked up this ball for $60 +$30 drilled. Not bad for a ball that came out in May eh? This things hits like a Mack truck and leaves NOTHING standing. Even if there was it almost always sends a messenger. I play it, depending on condition, anywhere from 1st arrow to the middle of the lane. One versatile ball! If you are wondering about the specs on this ball it is basically between an inferno / intense inferno / zone classic. Only I got this for under $100 total! It reminds me a lot of my old sapphire zone. Only its built for todays oil types and patterns. Pick one up and you WILL NOT be disappointed.
