I bought one of the International Danger Zone 5 bowling balls on eBay a couple of weeks ago. I've had trouble in tournaments after about game 7 (in a 12 game tournament or more) with my ball reaction. I get very little side turn with my release and have trouble when the lanes get really toasty. I can get deep inside and play the 20-25 board, but can't project the ball down the lane to the breakpoint because of the lack of side rotation. I won this ball on an online auction. The writeup on the drill sheet states that this ball is designed to match-up to typically more difficult international lane conditions. This ball has a modified Danger Zone HPH core, with the PowrKoil 21 coverstock. I used drill layout 2L on the Brunswick High-Differential symmetric core layout sheet. RG Max is 2.610 with this ball, RG Min is 2.564 for an average RG diff of 0.046. Average RG is 5.4. Layout 2L is for medium oil for maximum hook potential for high-RPM players.
