I wanted the Code Black to work on our high-volume house pattern. It's pretty amazing... This one has plenty of length, but has no issue making the turn. It flares a ton, so be careful with balance hole placement. As the pattern breaks down, it is strong enough to allow you to move deeper into the puddle, with a hand position change. I really like the motion I get from this ball. It is long and sharp, but it's not uncontrollable at the breakpoint. On a normal league night, I can use this ball all night and never have to change balls. Slight adjustments allow me to keep the ball in the pocket for the three game series. The Code Black does not disappoint. It is a great ball and should be a welcome addition to any arsenal.

This ball is a beast! I drilled this one pin down, removed the polish and it has become a staple for me on the wet/dry house shot I bowl on. This ball consistently gets me to the pocket and has significant hitting power. I removed the polish because I wanted a little more control and predictability down lane without blowing past my break point.

Bowler: Keven Williams Hand: Left Handed Rev Rate: 450 RPM Speed: 18-19 MPH Location: Sunshine Lanes, Springfield MO Pattern: High Volume Typical House Shot Layout: Pin over ring finger, CG kicked with a weight hole The Storm Code Black is easily one of my favorite asymmetrical bowling balls I have ever thrown because it is not your typical rolling asymmetrical. This ball is very clean in the front part of the lane, revs up in the mids really well, and has a ton of backend reaction downlane. With your typical asymmetrical reaction, you see a "hook stop" reaction. The Code Black is not the case. This ball continues through the pins very well!

Storm code black Layout: pin above the bridge cg out to the right 1inch. Oob condition Lane conditions: 40 ft ths, hpl This ball is absolutely amazing. This ball hooks a ton. I could not believe how far left I could move and the ball would still make it back to the pocket with ease. I could swing the whole lane or play up in the soup and the ball carries all day long. The shelf appeal for this ball is great being a black/ silver combo with an orange chocolate fragrance. This ball is available now. Go see you local pro shop operator today, you won't be disappointed. Bowl up a Storm

Storm Code Black Coverstock: R2s Pearl Core: RAD4 Core Finish: 1500 grit polished Flare: High Layout: 45 x 5 x 45 – box finish Test pattern: 44ft THS Kegel Flex with Ice oil and Defense-C cleaner Test results: Super long and super angular, WOW... The ball went so long, I worried that it would not get time to recover and it did. Longest ball I ever seen go down the lane before reacting, even with having squeaky clean and crisp backends. Took it a center that I have issues in the past of everything hooking earlier and this ball did not let me down. Stronger and more recovery then I ever seen, this ball will be a primary piece for me for all sport patterns of 40ft or more. Very versatile inside and outside of my normal track areas. I am glad that Storm decided to release this in the North America market.
