This ball is something special, threw 300 with it OOB! put it to work when the Ghost started leaving corner pins and I am able to throw it in the same exact spot and get a cleaner motion with more energy on the backend. what a great ball to compliment the Jackal line! Tim Emmers - Motiv Staff

The Jackal Flash is a ball for everyone. This ball is amazing it gets through the front of the lane and reserves it energy for it's strong backend. The Flash creates a lot of striking power as rolls through the pins with force and sends them flying. I cannot recommend this ball enough it is a must have for any arsenal. After 7.5 months, I was finally able to hit the lanes again and test out the Jackal Flash. The Flash features the Predator V2 core from the Jackal Ghost and Alpha Jackal, and is wrapped with the Infusion HV Pearl Reactive Coverstock featured on the Trident Nemesis. I matched up well with the Alpha and Nemesis before the pandemic hit and I've been very excited ever since I heard the Flash incorporating both balls like they did with the Forge and Ripcord to make the Forge Fire. I drilled mine with the pin above the ring to keep things consistent with my Alpha and Nemesis. It took a few games, but I was able to get my legs under me. In comparing the Flash to the Alpha, I feel this will be a great transition when the lanes start to break down and bridge the gap to get into my Venom Shock or Supra (Fatal Venom coming soon!). On house, I was about 4-5 boards left with my Alpha vs the Flash. When throwing the Nemesis, I was pretty close to where I was standing with the Flash but the Nemesis read the lanes sooner and was much smoother overall. I ended up hitting my Nemesis with a 3000 pad by hand and it created a bigger gap between the two balls. I absolutely feel you can keep all 3 balls in your bag. From the Alpha, I now have options if I need something smoother or need more pop in the back end. Adam Yoshii Motiv Bowling, Vise Inserts, Logo Infusion Staff Just Bowling Pro Shop

This ball is unbelievable! The Jackal line has been one of the most reliable lines in bowling for years and adding the Jackal Flash is adding a completely different shape. I drilled my Flash 40 x 4 7/8 x 70 which put my pin below my bridge and the mass bias on my VAL. What this provides me is a strong asymmetric pearl that I can throw once there is a little bit of burn in the track. This ball is super clean and can recover from anywhere! I can only imagine how skid flippy this ball would be if I drilled it pin up. If anyone coming into the pro shop wants a stronger pearl ball that can handle oil, I'd recommend the Jackal Flash to them in a heart beat.

The first tri-colored ball from Motiv!! The layout I used on the Jackal Flash is 70x4x20. This is my typical asym pearl layout. The Jackal Flash has a similar motion to the Trident Nemesis. However, this ball outperforms the Trident Nemesis when there is a heavier concentration of oil on the lane. The Nemesis tended to want to roll forward when it saw oil. That is not the case with the Flash. The Flash will be good for when you need to play with open angles. It is also the perfect ball to transition too once the Alpha Jackal does not want to corner the right way.

45 x 5 x 35 Bowler Stats: Rev Rate – 400-425 Ball Speed – 16.5 mph (down-lane) PAP – 3 3/4 over, zero Right-handed Test Environment: 41' USBC White 2 Review: The Jackal Flash features the Infusion Cover has turned into my most favorite Pearl Cover. I compared my Jackal Flash alongside the Alpha Jackal. While having similar layouts on both, I knew my angles would have to be more opened when throwing my Jackal Flash. I was mentally prepped knowing how fast the Infusion Cover likes to cover as seen with the Forge Fire and Supra just to name a couple. My immediate reaction was a big WOW after seeing I was approx. 7-8 boards left with my feet from the Alpha Jackal. While there was a defined friction spot on the lane, I was able to go a few more boards further with ease and the Jackal Flash did not want to quit on the backend. The Jackal Flash is something everybody can use. What I love the most about it is when there is a defined hook spot downlane, I can stay ahead of the field getting left and project the Jackal Flash to that spot while having the confidence in it to hook back to the pocket. For a piece that is this strong overall, both cover and core, the Jackal Flash still has plenty of power getting through the pins. For the tournament players especially, this is a huge piece to have in the arsenal and pairs well with many styles. The Jackal Flash has that WOW factor both on and off the lanes. I've had the chance to throw the MOTIV Jackal Flash for a bit now, and I'm loving the clean Infusion cover on the Jackal Ghost core. They're a great match for each other. The Ghost core loves to rev up, and the Infusion cover lets the ball rev as much as it wants without losing energy because it's so clean on the oil. This allows the Jackal Flash to save a ton of energy for the backend, and if you've watched any videos, you already know what this ball is capable of when it gets to the end of the pattern. I can definitely see myself throwing this ball in leagues when I need to get in a little bit, and in tournaments where there is a lot of volume but I don't want the ball to read too early - like on higher friction surfaces, or long oil patterns that have a low oil volume. Here's my YouTube video for the Jackal Flash if you'd like to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2E6qRiaFfqE MOTIV Staffer Jeff Piroozshad

The Jackal Flash is a new pearl asymmetrical ball from Motiv featuring the Predator V2 core and the Infusion HV pearl reactive cover. I drilled my Flash pin up with the mass next to my thumb. I have already found success with this ball out of the box with 299-770 in league. For me being 58 and not really ever playing the middle part of the lane much, this ball is so clean through the fronts and I can stay pretty much between 2-3rd arrow area after my Alpha Jackal starts to check up too early. I believe this will also be a great tournament ball for later in blocks as the lanes transition. The Alpha Jackal and Jackal Flash are an amazing 1-2 punch to have in the bag. With the Flash being the first 3-color Motiv ball, I can't wait to see what the future holds with the next ball releases. Carl Breaman Motiv Staff PBA Regional Champion

Must have! First off I will start off by saying this ball is a beauty, talk about shelf appeal!!! I'm new to the staff so not able to compare it to a whole lot but from what I hear from fellow staffers there is not much that compares to it. Unfortunately I haven't been able to throw it a whole lot cause of our house shots, but when I have been able to OMG! It's one of the strongest asymmetrical pearls that I have ever thrown. Seems cleaner through the fronts and stronger in the friction than my Alpha Jackal. The few times I have been able to bring it out is when my jackal hooks too early or burns up on me and I lose carry. I would then move right (I'm a lefty) and wheel it. If you are a speed dominate player and have issues throwing pearl balls through your break point this is a must for you.

This is the ball I have have been missing in my bag and I think a lot of league bowlers wanted it as well. Great to start league night with and perfect for later in tournament blocks to move left and throw right. A ball that is clean through the front part of the lane and a quick response to friction. I'm very impressed with the motion this ball has.

I would like to start out by saying, this is the ball I was hoping Motiv was going to make. Utilizing the ever-successful Predator V2 core with their most continuous cover to date. The Jackal Flash is no joke, it is a strong piece of equipment that continues like no other Motiv ball before. This is what I like to see in a strong Asymmetrical Pearl; clean through the heads, starts to read the back half of the mids and continuous when encountering friction. In the past, Motiv big Asym. pearls would stand up and go forward making it hard to get in deep and boom to the right with confidence. Jackal Flash is a huge step in the right direction for Motiv bowling on their skid/flip motion the are seeking.

I drilled my Jackal Flash 65 x 4 1/2 x 25. I wanted this ball to be my number #1 ball in the bag for most long oil patterns. This ball has the Infusion HV Pearl Reactive coverstock wrapped around the Predator V2 core. This ball is an asymmetric ball with 5000 LSP. As much as I love my Forge Fire and Nemesis, this ball is quickly becoming my go to favorite. First set out of box was a 730 series. The last 2 weeks, I have had 7 games of 278 or better in 4 different bowling centers on 4 different house shots along with the lowest series being 708. This ball gives me so much room for error on house shots. I have thrown this ball to the 1 board and it still comes back to strike. I have pulled this ball inside my mark by 2 boards and usually this turns into a 10 pin or the ball goes through the head pin, but this ball still carries. This ball is so versatile on a lot of oil patterns and gives you the best carry rate I seen. This ball is very receptive on the end of the pattern and goes through the pins with a lot roll which is why the carry rate is so good. This ball should be in the Motiv line-up for a long time.

Layout 55 x 5" x 25 Worth. The. Wait! MOTIV's first ever tri-colored ball has arrived and its name is Jackal Flash. Taking the highest volume, quickest responding spot on the chart, the marriage of the proven Predator V2 core (2.47RG, .054Diff) and the lightening-fast Infusion HV Pearl coverstock (5000 LSP) has produced an amazing piece that provides both length up front with down-lane snap and strong mid-lane read with continuation through the pin deck. I laid this Jackal out the same as I did the Golden Jackal as I liked the overall shape that release produced and was wanting something similar yet quicker. Comparing those two balls is like comparing apples to oranges. The Flash is leaps and bounds quicker at the spot while still not sacrificing any of the strong mid-lane read that the Predator V2 core is known for. While it may sound slightly unbelievable to say that a ball has both mid-lane traction and down-lane snap together, this Jackal defies that logic. Out of the box, on the fresh, I was already a solid 3-2 left of my Forge Fire. The ball was clean through the fronts with a ridiculous backend finish; I could miss a solid two boards right at the arrows and still have it scream back into the pocket. Transitions came quickly for this ball, meaning I had to make bigger moves than normal when I started going high flush. Even with this in mind, the more I moved left and opened up the lane, the harder the Flash wanted to read the mid-lane and finish strong on the backend; there was no quit! I was able to throw all three games of league that night with this ball which is something I have not been able to do with just one in quite some time (I finished laying down 38 and crossing 26). Since that night, this ball has repeated its performance time and again. The confidence in throwing a pearl on the fresh that is this strong yet versatile enough to go the distance is a feeling that is nothing short of amazing. Jackal Flash. Those two words are on everyone's tongue these days in my area as they now know that they are synonymous with an exceptional piece. Trent Overbey In the Zone Pro Shop MOTIV Staff www.motivbowling.com

All I can say is that this one is an instant favorite! I've always been a huge fan of the Jackal line, and the addition of the Jackal Flash further enhances that opinion. The Predator® V2 core paired with the Infusion™ HV Pearl Reactive cover stock creates a cleaner motion through the front part of the lane than the Alpha Jackal or Jackal Ghost, but a faster and stronger response downlane. This ball has filled a huge hole in my bag, as I can now get deeper and open up the lane on heavier oil patterns and still get great down lane reaction and continuation through the pins. This reaction paired with the first tri-color cover from Motiv makes for an instant winner! This is a ball that will have a spot in my bag for years to come. Bryan Ramsey Motiv Regional Staffer, BowlerX staff member The Flash is absolutely phenomenal, what an incredible add to the Motiv ball lineup which is already top in the market. I've always been a huge jackal lineup fan but this ball takes it to a new level. Everything I've seen from this ball so far screams first ball out of the bag for me on league night and will also be incredibly versatile for tourney conditions as well. Gets the the fronts so clean and packs a serious punch at the pindeck that will catch other competitors attention. It's going to work great for a wide variety of bowler skill levels also. To top it all off it's such a beautiful looking ball, that alone will catch other bowlers eye. Once again Motiv Bowling has nailed another release, best company in the business. Proud to be a part of the Motiv family. #GetMotivated #BowlerX
