Got my Sahara used from a friend. He torqued the ball past 30 revs, and I don't. So, I had it redrilled. I used a lable leverage drilling with the pin 4.25" from my pap. The first throw I missed right of target, and the ball charged back to come in high. I was astonished. I was expecting a real dry lane type of reaction, but I kept getting suprised by the strong movement back to the pocket. Since it was a used ball, I decided that it may need a good clean and polish to return it to a dry lane type ball. I used Ebonite's factory finish polish and brought it out during league practice. The only change was more jump off the dry boards downlane. I have since made this the 1st ball out of my bag. And, my average has gone up from a 186 to a 194 in 5 weeks. I can't say enough about this ball. I shot my highest game of a 269 with it this past week, and am expecting many more plesant suprises out of MoRich and their line.

This is great ball when lanes are getting drier. I've used it a lot this summer because of the heat creating a faster transition to drier lanes and had great success. I've raise my average about 20 pins I got a few light hits because mine got drilled to for an early roll. Under no circumstances used this ball in oil, it will just skid and miss unless you play a down and in but still will not carry as well. This is a mild pearl ball so it does get some good reaction in the backend, but it could be somehow speed sensitive.

The Game
I just got this ball for a summer league and I have to say I like what I see. I averaged probably about 220 which was below average, but good for the first time with the ball. The alley I went to is notorious for not oiling their lanes a lot so I figured this would be a good place to try it out. I played pretty much inbetween the second and third arrow, but occasionally pulled or threw it too far out. When I pulled it into the oil, it would hold pocket if the speed was normal, but if it was too fast,(over 20), it would miss the headpin. When I went too far out, it would overhook and would leave a mess unless I threw it hard. I thought I would like the carry from this ball based on what my Seek and Destroy does for me, but I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Left like 5 7-pins, 8 10-pins, and left a solid 8. If I came in high I would usually leave a mess, and I usually can throw messangers at the 10, but I don't think any made it in my 5 games today. Ball hits like a marshmel

I USED THIS BALL ON TOURNMENT CONDITION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A REVERSE BLOCK BUT OUT SIDE OF THE FIVE WAS DRY. I SHOT DOWN THE FOUR BOARD SHOT 246,245, 210 DRILLED THE BALL PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THERE WEB SITE THEY E MAIL ME. PIN 5.5 IN. FROM PAP MASS BIAS 6 1/4 PIN ABOVE RING FINGER. WEIGHT OUT WITH NEG SIDE BUT WOKS JUST FINE. PEOPLE KEEP ASKING ME WHAT BALL I WAS USING. I A'M SURE THAT THAT TOURNAMENT SOLD MORICH SOME OF THESE BALLS. BALL REALLY GETS DOWN THE LANES ON DRY BUT COMES BACK WITH A VENGENCE AND SPATTERS THE PINS.

likes: i stand between 30 and 25 , because of the shot i had i was able to play with marks between 10 and 15 boards still crashing the pocket .my first game i strung out the front seven finishing with 244 on my 1st practice with it dislikes: when lanes dry up you must play your mark or it will be ten pin game. in my 244 i finished last couple frames trying to clean up the mess overall: this ball is complete package recommend for light oil to dry. i can't wait until the total shock & awe comes out .
