Insite Second Coming Bowling Ball

The Second Coming features Mark Russo's EFFEX core design. The EFFEX core is designed for explosive penetration in the backend. Along with an aggressive reactive coverstock, this ball brings unbelieveable entry angle and severe devastation to whatever it touches.

I just wanted to post about how thrilled I am to have this ball in my arsenal. Already have two 300's with it. I currently have one drilled pin under the bridge with the cg kicked 1/2 inch right. works out to be 4 1/2 by 4 1/4 for me.. With this drilling the ball revs fairly quick and has a strong continuous backend. The ball never rolls out and just sends pins flying. I typically use it on 36 ft typical house shots that typically have some carrydown. I love using smaller companies stuff and have dealt with Mark and Paul on several occasions and they are just flat out awesome people. I have been shooting big scores with it since beginning to use it from day one. I love to see people take note of the ball name when I am putting up some big scores and sending pins flying in my scratch league. Most have never seen one before. If you havent tried an Insite bowling ball yet you really should try to get your hands on one to see what you are missing.

I just wanted to post about how happy I am with this ball. I currently have one drilled pin under the bridge with the cg kicked 1/2 inch right. works out to be 4 3/4 by 4 1/2 for me.. With this drilling the ball revs fairly quick and has a strong continuous backend. The ball never rolls out and just sends pins flying. Off the press after throwing some shots to loosen up, I decided to keep sccore, which I normally dont do while practicing. Anyway I went 289, 237, 264. I used the ball the following friday in league and shot 755. Had lots of people asking about the ball as they had never seen one before. Have another one coming this week which I am going to drill pin up for more length and pop on the backend. If you havent tried one or the Supernatural for that fact, you dont know what your missing.....

I honestly think this ball cannot go too wide. It will recover from any line IF you find the dry. Amazingly it doesn't roll out and continues through the deck. Dont get me wrong - this is not a dry lane ball! You need oil in the heads and down the lane to get the length needed for the big turn. Strokers will have to move inside to keep the ball online. Tweeners are the best choice for this ball and crankers will have to be careful with the over/under they'll get from the snap. Because of the extreme entry angle, the carry is quite well but you will leave things you've never left before. Lefty leaving a flush 4 pin??? and fast eights are common.

I have drilled the ball for maximum length and then skid/snap. and what should i say: Thats it. The ball does exactly what i want him to do. If you miss your mark outside the ball makes an unbelivable turn to the pocket.no problem. This is the first ball from insite and i have ordered the super natural. I have mailed a lot to Mark the owner of INSITE and it is a very nice man who knows what his balls can do. THANKS A LOT MARK!!!!!!!!! I think i am the first man in Germany who plays an Insite ball. but i think i won´t be the last. <sc

It's an amazing ball. I've always tended to be someone with average revs and ball speed. I always tended to get a ball that rolled early, which in heavier oil was great and but killed me in the dry. I got the Insite Almighty and love that ball. But when the lanes start drying up, instead of having to move too far left to feel comfortable, I just pull the Second Coming out, throw the same line I was at the beginning of the night and I'm right back in business. This ball goes Super Long and then makes an amazing left hand turn. I've never been someone who could throw a skip/flip ball with the sharp angular snap at the end. This ball has the skid/snap/flip/ built in and the pins absolutely are hating life. Someone in my league was already complaining about the Almighty, saying I had brough religion into the game...Now, with the Second Coming, they really can't believe it. Mark Russo is a straightforward, honest guy just trying to live the American Dream. His bowling balls are he

This is a must piece of equipment for any bowler. Mark has created a monster ball that gets thru the heads reads the mids then makes a left that you wont believe.... I had went to Marks pro shop out here in PA and after watching me throw a few he recommended that he drill one up for me. I couldnt be happier that he did. I am a tweener with some speed and this ball sets up soo damm nice for me in alot of conditions, for my style the only place it doesnt match up well is flooded lanes but then again there isnt alot of stuff out there that can. Really the only thing with I have to adjust for conditions is my speed so if i get it where i need to this ball takes care of the rest. Go out and get one if you can your bowling will be better for it. I know mine has.....thanks Mark for making a great product

Mark drilled my ball to roll early and said I'd like the ball. Mark knows his ball. My first game was a little rough 207 not use to the roll. The second came off a little better I had the first six before I pulled the ball and ended with a 237. Didn't get to roll the third game, but the next night I bowl I look to have high game and set. Mark said if I was unhappy he'd take the shine off the ball and show me what a ball can do. This ball picks up were the Almighty left off. OUTSTANDING may be an under statement. leaves me wondering what Mark will come up with next ? If you're tired of other ball makers claims, look to Insite bowling ball to give you what every bowler wants. A ball that does what you expect it to. Clear the deck of Pins!<sc

I ordered two of these from the InSite Team about a month before they were even going to be shipped. I have three of the Almighty's and I knew that I would love the Second Coming too. I recieved the balls about a week ago and Mr. Russo was kind enough to email me some drill schemes that he thought would work good for me. I put the pin under the bridge and the mass bias to the right of my thumb hole. I used it in league that night for the first time and shot 741. I could have shot 800 if I would have struck out in all the tenth frames. If you are looking for a ball that is always going to make the turn and hit like a ton of bricks than this is the ball you have to get. I have been through about 25 different balls in the past 3 or 4 months and The Second Coming has out performed all of them. Don't let the fact that InSite is a new company just starting out deter you from getting at least one of these. Alot of time and effort went into this balls core design and cover stock

I have been talking to Mark about a tournament ball and he recommended The Second Coming. I got it yesterday and had Lenny Biondi at Pin Chasers Pro Shop drill it. It is drilled 4x3 with the cg kicked out. WOW WOW WOW!! This ball worked ALL night, finding the pocket and SHREDDING the pins to pieces. What a great ball. I tried it in league play and shot 257, 265, 248 (770 series). 100 pins above my highest series in the past year! Whatever you do, GO BUY ONE, or two, or even three! InSite Bowling and Mark Russo will be on my Christmas list!

I shot 490 last week at Edgewood bowling alley (3 200 averages in the league last year) this week i came back with the second coming and shot 211-211-252. 674 this ball looks like it will turn the corner on any shot. Compared to my Triton heat rerelease. I am really thinking about purchasing another just so that I can have two of them. I think that they will go quick if everyone sees what is it that i saw in Edgewood. I am hoping to make it 4 200 averages in the league this year and i think that i can do it with this ball.

Mark drilled up a Second Coming for me last night and I used it in my Tuesday men's league. He drilled it for length - the pin is above the fingers. The ball comes with a 1500 grit polished surface and the first few times I threw the ball, it recovered a little too late for me. I talked to Mark about the late reaction and he sanded the surface to about 1000 grit and awoke the monster inside the ball! After sanding, the ball started up a bit earlier and when it flipped, it did not stop until it rolled off the back of the pin deck! I was able to throw this one outside and watch it scream back to the pocket. The continuation through the pin deck is unbelievable! Almost anytime I got near the pocket, I carried. The only bad breaks I had with this ball were several solid 8 pin leaves. As I learned to trust the ball, my scores went up each game. I have to say again that this ball just destroys the pins! A teammate of mine bought a Second Coming from Mark last night as well (

Overall, this is a well designed ball. Most bowling balls have strengths and areas of weakness that surface during critical lane play. Those weaknesses do not exist in this ball, and I have only run across a few balls in my entire National career that offer this level of dependability. When I'm out on the road, I depend on my balls to help me survive thr rigorous tournament lifestyle. The Second Coming has rightfully earned it's place in my arsenal with integrity that I count on to make sure I can afford dinner after a long days work. Go Get Four, drill them up with your favorite layouts, shine one up a little, dull one down a little, and you will be ready to earn your place with bowling's top ranked players. Hit em hard!!!!!!

Mark was kind enough to send us a Test ball to get our feedback. I drilled this ball up with the pin 5 inches from my axis, and the cg was 4 inches from the axis. After talking to Mark, I thought that the layout would fit the ball well. I tested this ball on our house shot. The ball goes down the lane 45 feet and then makes a strong move to the pocket. I was able to go up the lane and swing the ball with just a hand position adjustment. If you like the skid/flip reaction you will like this ball. Gets great length with no problem getting throught the heads. Makes the turn on any shot. Ive used it on many conditions, sport shot, flat shot and of course a house shot, and the ball has worked great. Overall Id say its a great ball for crankers and strokers alike. It is a very good oil piece for a cranker and an awesome medium ball for a stroker. Crankers will like this ball because of the ability to get inside and not having to worry about the ball make the turn. it has a ton of power to the pocket.

This ball is my follow up to the Almighty IT features my brand new EFFEX core which is designed for explosive penetration in the backend. ALong with a very aggresive reactive coverstock this ball brings unbelievable entry angle and severe devestation to whatever it touches.... When testing this ball i've tryed it on various conditions with various cover adjustments. It really is a perfect complement to the almighty. Where the almighty quits this ball takes over.. IT has more length and more backend. I've played from the first arrow to the fifth and have about 5-7 more boards of hook and where the almighty has a more hook set reaction, the second coming continues unbelievably.... THe Second COming is going to be a little more costly due to tooling fees of the new core, but will be well worth it, and available very shortly.... feel free to email me with any questions SINCERELY Mark Russo CEO OF INSITE BOWLING mycojones@pa.net insit
