Ebonite Wildcat Bowling Ball

(2 reviews) Write a Review

Sleek and shiny, the Wildcat provides a smooth path down the lane. When you need to avoid surprises, the surefootedness of the even-revving, center-heavy Cat core will keep you in the game and provide excellent hitting upon impact. Medium ball speeds and medium revs will have the Wildcat purring.

I've had the ball for about 5 years now, and everytime I throw it, I just become happier and happier with it. I also have a swamp monster, and I use that ball for when it's pretty oily. The Wildcat is still a great ball, and becomes an awesome spae ball when the oil picks up. DON'T THROW IT FAST! Unless your a cranker, this ball will not hook when thrown fast. Also, it might help to take one extra step in your approach. Iw ould recommend this ball if most of your games are on a dry lane alley Length - 8 / 10 Hook - 3 / 10 Backend - 5 / 10

Originally in my starting line up of balls when I was new and now has migrated to a decent spare ball. The box polish does not lend itself to use in heavy or moderate oil. The oil seems to not want to come off the ball. Decent backend for the average bowler and can have some strong backend snap if you you get the revs up. It is a decent starting ball but for the price I would buy something with alittle bit more finishing power. The pin action can be a little weak with the lower ball speed. If you are a "Grip-it and rip-it" bowler, this ball would do pretty well by you. Any one else, I suggest something else.
