Dedicated to the high-end tournament player, the TPC series of reactive resin balls provides power and control in the most demanding oil patterns. Ball drillers and players have come to appreciate the versatility of drilling options provided by the mass bias Propeller core and the variety of ball reactions that Ebonite’s reactive coverstock generate. Predictability of ball reaction and hitting power is the name of the game for the TPC series.

I drilled 2 XL’s because I am a fan of the propeller core. The first one I drilled with a 4 ½ “ pin under the ring finger and the PSA at 45* with the hole just below my PAP. The coverstock gets this ball through the heads and midlane fairly easy and the drilling gives this ball a strong but smooth arcing backend reaction, not a flip type reaction. The second is drilled with a 4” pin and the PSA in my track 105* drilling. This ball revs up sooner in the midlane and a more controlled backend reaction. This ball is great for lighter and shorter patterns or for later shifts when the lanes have been broken down. A winner from Ebonite.

The ball is very predictable and can usually be played with on any condition. Does not leave many back row pins. Saves all of it's energy for the backend. Great arcing ball. Recommend this ball for any style of bowling and should be in every bowler's arsenal. This ball is great for down and in shots and even could be hooked across the lane sometimes but does not carry the ten or seven almost half the time. As the ball gained games, it hooked more which was weird. It is a little harder to play with now. Keep this ball polished other wise it will lose energy and hook mid-lane.

This ball works well for my style of bowling, it hits very hard and sends scouts soaring!!! Only thing is if you try to use it in heavy oil you may very well skid right past the 1-3 pocket. I would recommend this ball to any one who straps on the ball, if you are more of a stroker I think the regular shooter is a better choice for you. Remember you can always play with the surface to get a better reaction for you.....................GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TPC has a good selection of balls for you to try I am sure you can find one or two that will fit your game!!! Good Luck and Good Bowling!!!

We received one of these a while ago, and I just now have time to write the review. We drilled this ball for one of our Senior stroker. This bowler has average revs, with medium to slower ball speed. This ball was laid out with the PSA-4 1/2" from his axis and the Pin- 5" from his axis. With the layout test this ball was able to get down the lane on almost anything and then make a smooth controlled arc to the pocket. This is the straightest TPC ball to date, and a refreshing ball when the latest hook monsters aren't working. This is a great 2-piece ball for the dry lane conditions, where most equipment will be hooking out of the building. I don't think that most bowlers will be able to use this on your typical house shot, unless you want to go very straight. This ball will be great for bowlers on second shift lane conditions when the ball is hooking out of the building or the finals at a tournament.
