I shot on a house shot earlier...688 set...this thing was killin it! then tried it on a sport shot...desert dry in the middle and soaked from the 10 board out...I actually had to put it away for my total inferno....this thing was grabbin that dry spot 40 feet down and takin off...that inferno is considered "high performance" and this is considered "mid-range" performance, but I'm finding more and more that the opposite is actually true...I love the inferno, but this thing knocked me out...I don't know what else to say, gotta have 100 words...I got this thing for $125 bucks, drilling and plugs included...I woulda paid $200 knowing what I know now...GET ONE BEFORE THEY'RE DISCONTINUED

everybody said they were surprised how much this thing hooks, maybe just because I expected it to I was a little disappointed...my pro shop guy said this would be a great ball for synthetics (my house is putting synthetics in this summer)...at first, this thing did NOTHING!!! the house I bought it at has synthetics, and it turns out they had the chamealian (spelling?) pattern out...straightened my line and burried it! then took it to my house with wood...and it didn't do a whole lot...like I said, too little, too late... I'm thinking about altering the surface...taking off the polish and roughin it up a little bit...anybody else try anything with it? I'd appreciate some advice as to how this ball reacts with a little altering

overall the ball with the lay mine is layed out is very controlled and very good with the lenght. my rxs300 has more lenght and more power but when the lanes start to carry down the clash is the best ive seen. the clash is even better on carry down than my terminator from lane master. this ball will allow crankers to play deep inside or down and in. this ball was pretty amazing. i thought that it wouldnt do much at all. just give the ball a little more tilt and u can open the lane. great for short patterns, and on patterns that force u to play a difficult angle in order to caRRY

Awsome ball if your looking for a medium oil ball i recomend this one. It has great backend power and never quits and dont listen to ppl who say it dosent work after a while yea thats cuz you need to have it repolished and then cleaned and unless you can really hook this ball i would not use it on heavy oil i ball Tough Shot and TSR torneys and it works on a few of the patterns i bowl on and i average 167 on pba exp. league. This ball to me is one of the greatest balls for medium oil length out their besides its sister ball the bash!

My Clash is out of the box at 4000 abralon grit. I decided to get this ball because of the lightbulb shaped core. I was going to replace my Puma with this ball but they compliment each other extremely well! On medium oil, my clash gets through the heads very cleanly. When it reads the back end of the lane, I get a nice smooth arc. This ball is extremely predictable. On wood lanes, I do get just a little bit of an angular break from the ball. It doesn't drive to hard because I am no longer leaving solid 9-pins. I think this is a great medium level ball.

This is the first time I have used an ebonite product. The Clash was drilled for dry lanes by my coach/pro shop and worked perfectly. It was the third game and the heads were fried as usual. I got the clash out and stood on 31 and looked at 21 and swung it to about 15 before it turned and moved smoothly into the pocket. I hit the pocket most of the third game and carried most. I left 1 ringing 10 pin and1 swushing 7. Everything else carried for a 222. I was really surprised how much this thing hooked and really surprised by the backend it had when it hit the pocket. For a mid range ball, this is a keeper so far. My other equipment is a Lane Masters Terminator, a Track Kinetic, a Hammer Black Widow, and a Columbia 300 WD as my spare ball.

This review may be coming a little fast (only bowled 6 games with it) but I am so hyped about it. I get a Gamebreaker and shoot 689. Awesome. Then I get this Ebonite Clash and go to my league. The ball allows me to get to the dry earlier without losing any hitting power to the pins but I still get a very similar ball reaction. First game: 217. Not too bad. Second game: 235. Getting better but kind of bad considering I could of struck out for 290 and I totally went through a melt down. Third game: 300. YES! I was basically determined to strike after that disappointing effort for the 290. This ball has a very strong backend reaction. It WILL be the first ball out of my bag. Great benchmark ball in my opinion. I went to bowl on a dryer pair after my league and the 300 wasn't a fluke. I almost shot a 276. I'm not going to go tell you to buy an Ebonite Clash now because I don't work for Ebonite or anything. But, If you do happen to buy a Clash, I don't see how you could be disappointed. Bes

An excellent mid range ball from Ebonite and very reasonably priced. It has a lot of hitting power on wood and synthetic lanes while maintaining a very readable reaction even for high revving players. A sound investment for anyone looking for a cheap mid range ball that can be used on a multitude of lines on medium / medium-heavy / medium-dry lane conditions. I have bought other cheap mid range equipment that doesn't have the same hitting power or has maintained their hook potential and power as they start to age so all in all it is a very competitive mid range ball.

This ball looks good and becomes better as it revs up. Has a strong backend which made this ball hit like a truck almost every time. don't let the looks fool you with this ball because it looks like something a girl would buy. Its a very controllable ball, with no hesitation towards the pocket on medium to dry oil. Unless you can crank the ball to the max DO NOT USE ON HEAVY OIL. This ball is excellent and another reason why ebonite is on top right now. For its price it is defiantly worth it. Also a great ball for beginners because it never looses energy at the pocket.
