This is one of the best balls for the price you pay. I played on the 6th arrow and this ball hit the pocket every time. It is very easy to control and does very well on light to medium oil. The only thing that is not great about this ball is when it is in heavy oil and it may not hook very much. I believe the only probleom may be if you don't get much ball speed and the ball may react too sensitive to light oil. It is the best ball you can get for the price.

OK, this is a review of an old ball. I have had the ball for 1 full season now. I went from 210 to 229 in one season and the only major thing I changed was from my Brunswick equipment to 90 % of the time my Vendetta. I played 15 to 8 and shot some of the most consistant high score I have ever heard of. In our 4 game series' this year, I had 4 weeks in a row of 1000 + series. I shot 299 4 times.. (Choke). (2) - 4 pins and (2) 9 Pins. I wont throw Brunswick equipment again. This ball gave me LENGTH, CONTROL and CARRY... Hands down best ball I have ever rolled.

Dyno-Thane was nice enough to send our staffer - Willie Willis a Dyno-Thane Vendetta, and the Vendetta Particle. Willie found the ball to work best in light/medium oil lanes. He found the reaction to be very predictable with a heavy roll. The Vendetta has trouble on heavy oil, because it was getting to much length and recover to late to enter the pocket at an optimal angle. Great for wet /dry med conditions I watched him throw this ball on a bunch of different shots, and the ball was clean through the front on all the shots. The ball had great recovery from the deeper inside lines, and still had good pop at the pocket.

New owner, Phil Cardinale, has brought his innovative ideas to Dyno-Thane from Track and it has paid off with 3 pro tour wins in the last 6 weeks. The Vendetta was used when Norm Duke won. (The Element & Vendetta Particle also won on tour). When the lanes allow you to use this ball, USE IT. Keep it on light to dry lanes, otherwise brakout a ball for heavy oil. Ball clears heads rather easily (even on bone dry conditions) and hits like it comes from Da Bronx. Another great job by Mr. Cardinale. I look forward to more state of the art ideas from Dyno-Thane in the future!

I drilled this ball fairly tame with the pin about 1/2" below the right finger (ring finger) and the CG kicked slightly about 1" to the right of the center of grip and 1/2" below the center of grip. I polished the ball with 3M "Finesse It" out of the box prior to drilling. This ball is CONSISTENT!!! I love this ball as I can play farther right and more direct b/c of the length this ball gets. Appears to carry very well. Reminds me of the older reactives. Not sure what else to say, drop me a line if want to discuss more: erict_no_300@yahoo.com

Using this ball on the PBA regional shots has made this my third ball out of the bag. I have milder equipment that is more readable for my game, like the Storm Tour Power and Track Magic. However, once the backends calmed down the Vendetta really shines. However I had to remain aggressive with my ball speed to get the ball down the lane a little better. I much prefer geting the light hit instead of hitting high due to the angle this ball come on at. As long as the ball came in light to flush, it struck. This ball reminds me of the Columbia Ti Messenger... a performance ball without the high performance price tage.

The 9 pin rating is provisional. I have used this ball for about 40 games now. It has gone through two iterations: box condition and resurfaced and polished back to near box. In box condition, this ball hooked more than any ball in my bag -- including some super hooker particles. While the length was good, the flip and move were so big and hard it was actually difficult to control on lanes that were just starting to break down. It hit very hard, but required precision in both release and speed -- you could not put it left. If you could give it enough room, WOW. Had it resurfaced and polished to a high gloss. Oops, took too much out. Cleaned it, set the shine at about box and threw it again. Still a very precise, consistent and very big move. Still great hit. Now, however, it is merely equal to the other big hooking balls in my arsenal in terms of the amount of hook. The flip is still very strong. The hit is still very good. It still requires you to put some roll on

Picked up my Vendetta the other day. Had it drilled up and bowled a couple open games. They told me the lanes were oiled. I through my normal shot and watched the ball hook into the left gutter halfway down the lane.SO, after a few adjustments I lined up with a good shot and this ball has POWER. The Vendetta keeps rolling hard down the lane and has a wicked backend. Seems to keep the pins lower than my other dyno-thane balls, resulting in better carry. Bowled the next night in my summer league. With the oil on the lane I got to see what this ball could really do.This ball just seems to know how to find the pocket. 238,245,228,first real night with it. This ball has amazing hitting power. If all the new dynothane balls are as good as this one, I see them becoming a major force. Great ball.<
