This is the best benchmark ball I have found to date. It is incredibly easy to read. Ignores wet/dry conditions and blends them perfectly. Takes very well to hand, speed, loft, and angle changes. Hit is unbelievable. This ball is the best value in bowling bar none!! If you have never tried Dynothane.....Do yourself a favor and get one of these. Ordered this ball with a 4.0 inch pin and 3.50 top weight. I have this one laid out 4.25 by 3.5, pin above ring and cg kicked out slightly. Ball gives easy length and very nice strong arc at corner. This is the most versatile ball I have ever thrown and as a Pro Shop operator and bowling center manager I have had my fair share of balls to try.

Ok, I recently drilled up a Black Vendetta to replace my V2 Solid ( IMO the best Bench Mark Ball ever ). I drilled the BV with a 4 3/4 by 3 layout ( my Favorite layout ) and used 1000 surface with a little finesse. This ball is uber rolly.. just continuous roll. IMO this ball has more backend than the V2 but gives you the same motion and look. Used This ball on Three different surfaces and they all look good with this ball. I am trying to find more things to say but this is a good piece. Just waiting on new releases from Dynothane

Drilled it up 4.5 x 3.5 with the pin very high and left about 0.75 ounces side weight. At first, I got very good length, and then from the break point to the pins covered more boards than any ball I’ve ever thrown. It was very impressive, but hard to control. I brought the side weight down to 0 to rein it in a bit. Let’s make this real simple. I’ve been bowling for 36 years, and this is the best ball I’ve ever owned. I bowl in a five house travel league, and this is the only ball I’ve needed to pull out of the bag. Unbelievably versatile, dependable and reliable. It’s just one of those balls that gives you a lot of confidence. It struggles a bit on a flood, and there are probably better balls for a desert, but on anything in between it’s a player. The guys at Dynothane really outdid themselves with this one. If you don’t have one, you’re giving pins away. And it’s not just me. Another gentleman in our league was on the receiving end of what this thing can do, and showed up

PAP: 4 7/8 X 1/8 Drilling: 4 X 3 with a weight hole on my axis...4 inch pin I drilled up this ball hoping to be one step down from my Bully. For the most part it fills that spot well, but on certain conditions it will cover more boards on the backend. I was surprised to find out this ball moves hard off the dry boards! When there's a little bit of carrydown, this ball is as smooth as can be and closer to what I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, this is a great ball, but it tends to get out of line from time to time. It was a bit more condition specific then I originally thought.<scr

Dyno-Thane Vendetta Black - This ball is AWESOME. I can play ANYWHERE on the lane. But where I feel most comfortable is 20 to around 8 at the breakpoint. If I miss LEFT with this ball, it will hold the oil.. and will NOT lose any power when it hits the pocket. and if I miss a little RIGHT, it will bang in on the light hit and will blow the pin around...... very easy to control.... and the BEST thing is that I can use this ball to bowl during league bowling all night with only one board adjustment... some time NO ADJUSTMENT NEEDED ... The part I like most about this ball is that this ball gives me so much room for error, the line that I play helps alot too, I think... I can also play anywhere, any arrows on the lane with my wrist and speed, I can play extreme inside at 30 and it will recover, or outside at first arrow, but no other equipment I've tried are this forgiving and versatile... no over/under on this ball.... I've thrown many difffent balls... and I stand corrected....

Good ball, striking ability is high. Speed specific, got it drilled to roll early for oil and sometimes will leave a flat 10 pin if it rolls out. Well I mean this is a great ball. It really isn't condition specific unless you are on a fresh shot. On oil I'd prefer to use this around the 10 board , sometimes just wobbles if you get it any farther out and you will hit light. It also depends on what kind of tilt you want on it. But I can use this on medium light to flood and it always works. Good ball.

I have been a Track equipment fan for 5 years. My go to ball has been a polished Track Elite and when it drys out I go to the Heat 2 pearl. Lately these ball have been very unforgiving, can't miss my spot or it's trouble. So I figured maybe time for a new rock. It is 16 pound 3.75 top, pin out 2.5 to 3 drilled pin at 2:00. This ball is fun. I found some range again. I could miss left 2 boards and right up to 5 boards. I carried 3 strikes right on the nose. The ball got through the heads well and had a nice even turn to the pocket. It did not overeact all night. MY 3 game total was 728.Some balls are to hot some to cold but this ball is just right.

I have been crushing everything since I got this ball. People keep asking me what I am doing different, I keep telling them it is the ball, I got it about a month ago, my worst finish was in a marathon, 8th place, my best has been 3rd since I got it, 4 tournaments and I have made a little over 2000 with it. Its the first ball out of my bag and usually the last one to go back in. Its like it works great on the fresh and through the carrydown, but after the heads get really beat up I need polish. I dont want to mess this one up, so as soon as my shop guy gets more in, I'm buying one and shining it.

I only wished I would have tried this sooner, I read the reviews and usually you can only believe half of whats written, this is a truly great ball, I needed in my last tournament, EVERYTHING else over reacted, my smooth stuff hit terrible, the last two weeks in league I have thrown my other stuff against it and there is no comparison, head and shoulders better, predictable with a ton of hit !!! I Highly recommend you guys give this one a shot, good price too. I'm tired of writing now. Let me see if this a hundred words yet.

This ball will definately challenge the Big companies stuff, it was very versatile, great power, and I could move around on the approach. Normally, I only have 1 or 2 adjustments with a ball until its time to change balls, but this one I use all night. Its great on the fresh, very smooth, and after the lanes are burned up, I can move in to 4th or 5th arrow and get it around the corner easily. It could be the most versatile ball I have ever thrown. Usually I have to give up hit to throw a ball that is this forgiving, not any more.

Phil was kind enough to send one of these to Willie Willis to test and review. We laid out this ball with the pin and cg on the grip line. With this layout we did not need a weight hole. After a variety of lane conditions that Willie tested this ball, he found it to be the best overall ball to judging the lane conditions, and the best Bench Mark ball for Dyno-Thane. On most medium oil type shots this ball would clear the heads easy, read the midlane and then make a smooth arcing hook to the pocket. The drier shots you could move deeper inside and swing the ball more. With the heavier oil the ball was still effective, but with less hook. Any questions, please email me.

This ball can be used on various conditions. Easy to fall in love with the ball. There is no sudden jerk with the ball, it rolls true all the way through the pit. The pins get slapped around like a red headed step-child. I drilled this ball with the cg in the center of my grip and the pin an inch to the right of my ring finger. 3.2 top weight and I couldn't ask for a smoother reaction. The ball should be a best friend to anybody who wants to know where the ball is going and that it will carry when it gets there. All styles should be able to use it with some tweaking to the cover. Thanks again for great price also.
