The Damn Good Verge is the Benchmark ball DV8 fans have been waiting for. The Verge solid was very strong in the front and mid-lane but could be too strong to be used as a true benchmark ball. I drilled mine 45x5-3/8x50. The Damn Good Verge sits right in the middle of my bag and will be my first ball to go down the lanes everywhere I go. With the Threshold M.D. core, the medium flare potential will let the Damn Good Verge maintain axis rotation longer for a more continuous move on the backend compared to Verge Solid. This is the ball that you figure the lanes out with and will be useful on all but the slickest and driest lane conditions. The Damn Good Verge takes surface changes well to help handle lesser oil volumes or worn lane surfaces. The Damn Good Verge is aptly named and should have a spot on in every serious bowler's bag. #DV8Bowling
