Won $5000 in 450 entry 64 person playoff tourney 30 years ago .only moved 5 boards on dry lanes. But I was only one carrying the 10.

I had a mate throw my ball with over 30 revvs on it (he's a cranker). He fired a shot starting on the 10 with a little outward swing to about 8 board. It lost revvs at about 50-55 feet and only got back to about 15 board before flopping into the pin deck. Only any good on an extremley dry (like absolutley no oil whatsoever) lane, or if sanded as rough as you can have it. The only other way to get it to move was to give it nothing but forward revvs; even then it didn't move very far. Even if you take your thumb out and throw a fingers only shot you'd get a very un-spectacular result from the ball. A complete dud.
