60° x 4 3/8” x 35° I decided to drill this ball a little stronger than my pin up Versa Max, since the Versa is a bit stronger of a ball in general. I find that this ball really shines when I have to go straighter up the lane. I bowled in a sweeper last night on Dead Man’s Curve. I was struggling playing the middle of the lane (not making good shots), so I decided to move out and throw this right up 10, giving it a little belly, out to around 8. After making that move, I was kicking myself for not going to this sooner. This Meanstreak got down the lane with ease, and made a small snap move to the pocket and moved the pins around like it was nobody’s business. Reminded me of when the NeXus first came out, seeing that kind of pin carry. 75° x 4 1/8” x 70° This ball I’ve used pretty much exclusively during my house shot league. I am able to stand in one spot the whole night (regardless of how many lefties are on the pair) and not have to move. This ball is so clean through the heads (just like the 60° Meanstreak) and makes a smooth turn to the pocket, very Versa-Max like, and man, when it carries, does it carry. The pin action with this ball (again, just like the 60° one) is something that I’ve never seen before. --The opinions expressed are solely those of the writer and not of Brunswick Corporation--
