Color: Black / Orange / Red Solid Coverstock: Relativity Traction Solid Weight Block: Magnitude 055 High Diff Factory Finish: 500 / 1,500 Siaair Micro Pad Flare Potential: High Radius of Gyration (RG): 2.499 Differential (Diff): 0.055 **The Magnitude 055 features a new innovation in outer core technology called DynamiCore. This leap in bowling ball technology is a more durable outer material that yields less compression upon impact increasing hitting power and creating an undeniable difference in sound and pin carry. DynamiCore is blue and will be noticeable when drilling into the Magnitude 055.** The Magnitude 055 combines our new Relativity Traction Solid coverstock with our new Magnitude High Diff symmetrical core to create a truly Big Symmetrical ball motion. The perfect ball for players looking for more hook and consistency on a variety of oil patterns, the Magnitude 055 will produce easy length, aggressive mid lane traction with outstanding pin carry on oily to heavy oil lane conditions.

Layout: 90° x 4 1/2" x 35° PAP: 5 1/2" Over - 1 1/2" Up When this ball was announced, I was very intrigued. While the Magnitude 035, for me, was very controllable and gave a predictable motion, it didn't have the bite or traction that I was expecting. I felt like this ball made sense to add to the line next. For my layout, I wanted to go with something that I was familiar with, and had previous success with. The last ball that I drilled that seemed to have the same characteristics as this ball (big/strong/dull symmetric) was the Meanstreak Beatdown, so I went with that layout. The first shot thrown with this ball, I was blown away when it made its turn towards the pocket. It reminded me of the first shot I threw at my first USBC Open Championship Tournament in 2009. I was throwing a MaxxX Zone, and I got it a little wide of target. As it starting its trajectory towards the gutter, I thought, "Well, that's going to be 5," ready for the super-washout. Well, I wasn't wrong, it was a 5 count, but a Greek Church. The Magnitude 055 had that same hard turn off the spot as my MaxxX Zone did, but is a lot cleaner in the fronts. It's almost as if the MaxxX Zone and the Nexus f(P+F) merged and formed this amazing symmetrical ball. As all the video reviews from Brunswick have said, and I can concur, I have no fear moving in with this ball and knowing that it will come back. This ball, along with the Kingpin, I can hear the difference in sound they make going through the pins compared to any other balls on the market, including some of the other Brunswick/DV8/Radical balls. This ball the new ball that will not come out of my bag at the top of my symmetric stack.
