Depending on the pattern, I like to start of with this in practice. Just to see the difference the lanes give me compared to the more aggressive Absolute Nirvana. For a symmetric. Ball i give this ball high reguards because when you need to maintain. Your motion but the Nirvana is too much you can bump a board left and switch to the Ss and you wont miss a beat...I highly recommend this ball.
