This ball was suggested to me while going through some grip isues. It was cheap and wouldnt be a flush of $150 if it needed to be plugged and redrilled. Its laid out over lable with the pin about 4 inches or so from the PAP. The ball rolls great in the front part of the lane and when it finds dry boards watch out. Even on an inside line the ball holds well and finishes strong. The biggest issue for me is when it hits dry it jumps a ton. It does hit hard and keeps pins low so you dont leave alot of 4-9 pocket shots or anything. And for the money who can beat it. Too bad USBC wont let AMF produce them anymore. Too bad that AMF300 doesnt have any official literature on it.

the changlings are not one ball. the ball is a triumph inverted bell core. but the coverstocks are from all of amfs and columbias product lines.for instance i have a vp2 coverstock on one ball and another has the maxiumum velocity cover on it.they are called changlings becaus columbia has leftover cores and instead og pitching them they put the with mismatched covers. make no mistake these are high performance balls at half the price not blems or dents.pro shop owners dont know what they are getting till you open the box and see the covers and match them to an existing cover.my vp2 cover is a great mid oil ball, it is drilled to go long and flip.my max velocity is drilled the same way bot have 4 inch pins in the ring finger. since the cores are the same it makes swithching balls so easy.the max out hooks the vp2 by 7or 8boards both ball hit like frieght trains.i also carry my regular valor p tour ball so im covered for all conditions in the traveling league.also the only come in 14 and

This ball clears the heads cleanly, stores energy for back end movement. Versatle chot making from 5th arrow to 1st arrow. I have had this ball for a few weeks now and have shot several 279's and also have a 300 and 800 with it. I have kept this ball with the factory box finish. On a fresh house condition can be played in the track area when the lanes break down you can move as far left as possible. The ball is drilled for a right hander at 10-30 with the pin next to the ring with the center of gravity on the mid-line.
