I would absolutely recommend this ball to anyone looking for an all around ball. This ball has good versatility for many different shots and angles. Being lefthanded I can play from the 3rd arrow out, however I have seen righties play in or out with this ball. If you are looking for a dynamic result at a great price.....this is the ball for you. You will NOT be disappointed. And of course, the color match up of gold and purple only makes this ball look even better as you are crushing racks for strike after strike. If you haven't thrown AMF for a while, it's time to try one again, and this is the one to do it with!

I've had this ball for a while now .. won it in a RAFFLE! The pin is over the ring finger about 1 inch. There is a fairly DEEP weight hole. I've had my best games with it on MED/LIGHT conditions (leaning towards light). Although I said an ARC to the pocket I've seen the ball display a good backend at times. It hits the pins with authority and rarely leaves anything other then makeable spares. I have quite a few LANE 1 balls that I think hit solidly .. I compare this balls hit with the Lane 1 hit! Difference is .. a lot less money! If you are faced with light conditions (and who isn't these days) ,and having troubles, this ball can solve your problems!

Big thanks to the boys down in San Antonio for sending a NightHawk Pearl to test out. We got a 3-4" pin, so I laid it out the same as another all that I really liked, pin 4 1/2" from my PAP and 3 1/4" above the midline of my grip and the mass bias 3 3/4" from my PAP. I tried this one on our heavy oil house shot after a 5 man per team men's league finished, and on the same pattern when it was fresh. On the fresh shot, there was too much juice to find a great look with this ball. I really had to be precise to get a consistent reaction, due to the volume of oil coupled with the high luster finish of the ball. After hitting the bow-ties of my track with a scotch-brite, I found a more consistent reaction; still clean through the fronts, with a smooth arc on the backend. On the broken down league pattern, this ball was fantastic. I left it in box finish, as it gave me the coveted SKID/ROLL/HOOK type of ball reaction. The easy length provided plenty of energy at the backend fo

Well this one's a keeper! Drilled up one with a favorite drilling of mine to keep it rolling on the smoother side - 3" pin, put the pin IN the ring finger, small weight hole. Ball really revs up hard and hard arc's on the back. Great ball for me on wet-dry. I can really give it some hand with medium speed and it rolls, hold and hits hard! Nice ball to swing the track with and when the lanes break I have a ton of room inside. Even though the ball is swirled it is easy to read the breakpoint. Drilled another one pin down 12 o'clock and sanded it at 2000 Abralon and WOW did i get a totally different ball for more oil and carrydown. This one revs up harder, i can use it in oil and it still has a very big continuation into the pins. I shot 300 with it in a qualifying round of a tourney playing inside at about 23. It gave me a lot of room right and carried extremely well for 4 games. Overall this one reminds me of a Vapor Zone but more rev and backend...Great bang for the buck!!
