Drilled 50 x 4 x 40 Smooth off the end of the pattern is something that ever light oil ball should be. the Desert Hook lets you stay a bit closer to the Track when the lanes have really blown open. Hitting power for such a low diff ball is amazing and carry has not be an issue as long as you use it when there is a defined dry area on the lane to hook it off. This ball has save a few sets for me when the lanes just seem to be hooking too much for anything else in my bag I can still go to the Desert Hook and send the ball down lane knowing it will not over hook and still have something left when it gets to the pocket.
