I've carried a 207 up to a 211 average with this ball, it is extremely versatile and can play most conditions except for heavy oil (not a great Shark pattern ball for you sport bowlers; I literally have this ball set up with as much side weight as I legally can and it still can't finish on heavy oil). It also will have trouble on dry lanes (you'll either hit weak or can't control the break). For the price you can get this for now, I definitely recommend it for those who want to try particle at a lesser price point. Check Ebay and you'll see what I mean!

Seriously, what a hunk of garbage. my XXXTreme (I like anything with XXX in the name) is twice the ball this koksucr is. If Life Orb makes you queasy, Silk Scarf gives you about a 50% chance to 2HKO even with no residual damage. With Blissey no longer a threat, Porygon-Z is free to sweep with Nasty Plot.</p>

I have never had a ball that rolls like this one, it rolls up early in the midlane without losing anything on the backend. I play inside fourth arrow with the pin above the fingers with the c/g kicked out about an inch and the rad two inches from the thumb. The ball goes and you can see it start turning in the midlane. I shot 300, 278m 257 for an 835 with this ball, i played where no one else could play. This ball allows me to open up the lane when others are not able to and i can score a lot higher with this ball. I am a cranker and people said this would be too much ball for me, but in their face. Went from 206 to 234 in my one league and am averaging a composite 218 for all my leagues. you have to have one in your arsenal

I got this ball from a pro-am league I bowled and drilled it to go long and not do a lot on the backend. The ball rolled OK but it really didn't go that long and hooked to early for what I wanted. The ball reacted just about the same as my V2 Clean did. So it just sits in my locker collecting dust because I have the ball I want in my V2 clean. I think with a little more length it would be good but oh well try again next time. I think i am just gonna stick with my ebonite balls they always work for me.

There is not a better ball in my arsenal. It hits so hard and does'nt leave a lot of ten pins, which is always a blessing. The room for error this ball allows me is a blessing. This is the first high performance ball i've purchased and i'm not at all dissapointed. Had the ball for a year now and its still carries like it did from the start, and thats over 200 games with the ball. Not only that, but i can adapt to quite a few lines and patterns with this ball which is just a testament to the balls great perfomance, which keeps me from digging in my bag every other game for another ball. Overall a great ball and definetly one i would recommend to everyone.

Good ball over all with tremendous hitting power, but where I bowl the lanes are flooded with oil so it will tend to slide a little on middle half of the lane . Works better when polished than dull. I don't really know what it would be like on really dry lanes because im bowling on flooded lanes all the time! Really, overall a good ball that will hook if you want it to but if you bowl it ot slow it will take off like a rocket, STORM RULES,STORM RULES,STORM RULES,STORM RULES,STORM RULES,STORM RULES,STORM RULES

This ball was a great choice. I regret having it as a 15 pounder. I got a good drilling on it. I love all of the options it had. Storm has some of the best stuff around. They sure beat Ebonite overall in my book. This ball is a major player in my game and can play so many angles with it. Everybody I go against gets irritated because of how different I can throw this ball. I am HIGHLY recommending it and I congratulate Storm on making such awesome ball. The X-Factor series is the best ever. I recommend Storm to anybody and everybody no matter the experience level.

This ball has all the thing you need to succeed. this bowl hooks out the house even with oil. when it hits it does not cruch the pins but it pushes all the pins straight back every time. you can play any part of the lane with this bowl. just never use this ball for a 10 pin hjfhf fg iufgvi ilv u vi putv8ogv g bb iph i 9[hgu hpioub9[ bo bib o h b h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h hhfhfifhibhibhihifhifhufhubhubuhbfbhufbhuf uh bhub hu hufbuhbfhubhfubfuh

I also got this ball from a pro-am league this summer. I drilled it with the pin up about an inch over my ring ringer and the CG dead in my palm. I bowl on a medium to dry shot and have a lot of revs so I figured this drilling would allow me to move a bit more right and give me good length with strong backend. I got what I wanted to a point. I get great length and great backend but I am still more left then I wanted but I am not complaining. The ball rolls real smooth and hits hard. Sometimes it has a tendency to be slightly inconsistent but still overall a great ball.

I love this ball for it's CONSISTANCY! There's no over-reaction or under-reaction. Once I find the line with this ball, there's no need to make adjustments - for the most part. I can normally play the exact shot for the entire 3 games. This ball is very forgiving. I even carry some high flush 4-pins, which I usually never carry. This ball also seems to roll throughout the entire lane beautifully. There are so many hook balls that will just grab the lane too early. Not this ball. For me, there seems to be the perfect amount of skid through the heads and backend.

Pulled it straight out the box and brought my average up 32 pins. I really couldn't ask for a better ball. The shot choice is just amazing. On dry lanes it has a tendencey to over reactive, but allows you to easily adjust. Just the same on heavy lanes as well. I haven't gotten a chance to use it on anything other than synthetic lanes but hopefully that will change this weekend. Like i said i'm getting rid of 3 balls and replacing them with just on. It has brought alot more fun back into my game. Another great ball from a great company.

I bought this ball after hearing so many good things about it, and i know understand what all the hype was about. i drilled this ball pin above bridge and it is very predictable with great hitting power, i have throw every single ball in the x factor line and next to the duece this is my favorite. this ball like i said before just hits really really hard. The only time i have ever had problems with this ball is when there isnt enough oil for it, but thats why people carry more than one ball. For light oil i use the roto grip mecury, sorry i just needed a few more words.

Got this ball back in December 2004 for Christmas, have been using it ever since. Good hooking ability in the medium oil, heavy oil a little less but does ok. In really heavy oil, I like to use it to pick up ten pins because it has a little hook that prevents going into the gutter. In light oil, it feels like im a cranker because of the huge amount of hook I receive, if only I would know how to adjust... This is an awesome ball, except for the price.. one hundred and thirty-five dollars. Ouch. One hundred words baby!

After watching me bowl, one of my good friends from my bowling alley suggested i try the Storm Ace, because it was a very good ball and it had helped him increase his average almost exponentially. So, at the beginning of this summer season I went out and bought myself one, and let me just say, it has been an incredible ride. This is what the ACE has done for me: The first time I tried the ACE on fresh oil conditions, it rewarded me with a 190 average over four games. The second time I used it, it helped me with a 278, a 225, and a 176 game for a very healthy 680 series. These two times were during practice, yet when league game along, it didnt dissapoint; I averaged over 200 once again with a 631 series. Ive also recently shot a 776 series, rolling a 265, 244, and a 267. ive shot three out of four consecutive over 600 series, and I have just added two more 600 series yesterday, back to back. The ACE has given me the consistency I needed. The way the ball is drilled allow

I had this ball drilled up just like my other equipment, pin next to ring finger with the center of gravity kicked out a bit. First time I used this ball I was in awe. It seemed as though it had a mind of it's own. If I yanked it a bit, it would hold and just shred the rack... send it out a little wide and it had enough bite to find it's way to the 1 - 3. By the 8th or 9th game, even after a weekly cleaning, it just died. This is my first particle ball and judging by some comments made by other bowlers I know this is not uncommon with particle balls. Waste of money.

I just got my Ace today after a disappointing league performance, and let me tell you this ball made my day. This ball rolled exactly like I wanted it to. This ball makes it clean through the heads and makes a sharp turn to the pocket.Even if you get it a little bit to far out side this ball will still come back and hit hard. I am bowling in a tournament tomorrow and this hopefully this ball will give me an upper hand. I would recommend this ball to any one looking for a high performance bowling ball. I got my stuff drilled at Sardegna Pro Shop at Regal Lanes in Tampa, Florida.

This is one of the better balls I have thrown in a long time. I have had it for about 4 months, and am now just reviewing. The layout is : pin 5" @ 30deg. from PAP, above fingers. Cg is kicked out, balance hole on PAP, and RAD of course strong. This ball is a great out of the bag ball, for those condtions that are a tad carried down. If you are looking for a heavy oil ball, this ball tends to turn a little late, but is perfect for those medium heads. I also have punched up a triple extreme the same way, and thats the best duo I have seen since the Rock and Rock Pearl....... Gotta love the storm action! Wes McK

This ball is the best ball ever, I am so glad that my friend Andrew Colon let me throw his. Mabe getting away from Brunswick will be the best decision of my life. This ball Carrys ten pins, easyer than any Brunswick bowling ball I have ever thrown I will be back with more info when I buy the ball and get some real practice with it. I think this will be the ball I shoot 300 with when I get it. I might have to change may user Id from Gobrunswick123 to Gostorm123. I am definitly not letin kiggles drill this ball. From this point on I think I only will get storm bowling balls........ After thinking it over I don't think so....lol

Picked this bowling ball up on the 03/05/05 and every series i have bowled with this ball i have shot a 200 game, i only average 187 so this is good for me. i have a wide target area with this ball, and a decent margin of error. i have bowled five series with this ball, with a average of 211. This ball has helped my game no end and cosidering i never liked this ball in the first place it has been some turn around. The only thing that i regret is not getting this ball earlier. All the bowling bals that i buy are Storm and i would not consider changing to another make. Only had this ball two weeks and have shot a 268 and a couple of 255s.<scrip

YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS BALL!!!! REMEMBER IT IS GOING TO HOOK MORE THAN ANY OTHER BALL YOU HAVE!!!! BUT YOU CAN CONTROL IT WITH SPEED OR MOVING IN TO THE MIDDLE OF THE LANE. ALSO STORM MAKES A CLEANER/POLISH GET IT AND PUT IT ON EVERY OTHER NIGHT. IT WORKS!!!! AND OF COURSE IT SMELLS GOOD TOO!! THIS BALL WAS DRILLED WITH A 1 TO3 PIN

All I can say is wow... At 1st, this ball didn't hook at all near my Depth Charge. It's backend reaction was rather weak and I couldn't find any lane condition for this ball. I was starting to become worried that I had just wasted my money on this ball. Then I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden, I throw the ball because I had no other ball that worked and BOOM! I find a shot! I was so impressed with its backend ability that I decided to try it again during practice on fresh oil... It was unreal!! This ball suddenly started killing the pins! I was so suprised that the ball just hooked away in the backends! Even on the reverse block pattern that is loaded with oil, the ball gets through the oil clean without burning itself out and explodes in the backend! So I try it on lanes where the Depth Charge get a good midlane read and the Ace wouldn't hook. Instead, it bypassed the midlane and reacts in the end. The only downside is the if the heads start to burn up and th

Drilled the ball aggressive, then put a polish on it to get better carry due to drier lane conditions. Depending on the amount of oil, you can throw it straight down the lane, or move left and hook it in. I have yet to find real oily conditions so I couldn't tell you how it works there. However the ace will retain its energy and then smash the pocket like a semi. Wintergreen wasn't the best choice by Storm, but then again you don't buy it for the smell. If you're looking for a versitile ball then this is it.

Let me point out that this is my first Storm bowing ball that I have ever purchased and it lived up to all of my expectations. The backend on this ball was excellent and very predictable so I it didn't leave any surprises. First game out of the box played around the third arrow and the very first game shot 268 with the front 7. Although at times left some solid 9 pins but that is to be expected from the backend of this ball. I would greatly recommend this ball to anyone who is looking for something with predictable backend not to mention the ability to play this at any angle.

The Ace is the second ball in command next to the Vertigo and Flash Point! I like this ball because it plays in, which is not common and it hards hard! I play around 20 board as usual and go for around 10. This is my usual pattern as I have used! The ball was drill by Jake and J7J Bowling Supply (Jaros) and I through it in the nmid breakdown of the lane. This ball is nice as it has a heavy roll and heavy backend. I would buy this ball if you are looking into a ball for the mid oil shot, dont expect a lot from the heavy oil with this ball though.
