Out of the box this ball is awesome. It hits like a truck and is so versitile it will just take a mild adjustment and bang your packin the hole again. I've got about 50 games on mine and this ball actually seems to get better with age. Good on all house condtions and house shots. Also a great go to ball in tournament situations. A little squirrelly on a sport shot but very consistent when thrown properly. Great ball on an over/under condition. Allows for more room than most equiptment and never an over reactor. This is a ball that is sure to be re-released after it's stint is over in the future. Go Storm.

The Tour Power is a ball that I must admit I avoided like the plague until I discovered it had a hit that rivals the best balls on the market and a fogginess of unequaled proportion . I got mine from Bill Williams bill has gone all Hammer and was going to off 2 tour powers I snagged them up and asked what he wanted for them he promptly gave me the balls for future draft picks. Mine is drilled over the label and is polished with Ebonite factory finish polish over a gray pad and rubbing compound. I have an oval thumb slug and a pair of Vaccugrips from Vise A recent thumb pitch change has my balls tracking much better with out a doubt this ball is awesome I went 729 in my first series the ball is still this Pink color but now I have a new theme song. PINK it’s my favorite color you know Aerosmith. Well in a nutshell if you cannot get this ball to the hole simply pack it in now give it up buddy go home. Cause this ball is on autopilot I suggest you get yours asap

I have mine drilled very very low end. I can read lanes with this ball and it will get me close with other equipment. I have been able to play around 3rd arrow on extremely burnt lanes. Or outside around 5 when the backends are fresh, but still light oil, on a couple sport shots. Because of the drilling on mine, it has tendency to result in a "bucket-crumbler" strike or a weak 7 pin (lefty). I bowl lots of tourneys for college and this ball goes everywhere with me! When all else fails, use this and at least get to the pocket and make spares.

I'd fancied one of these since they first came out, and finally got round to buying one a couple of months age. I sold four and drilled two of these in one week, and everyone was thuroughly pleased. On my own ball I drilled about a 4.5" pin, about level with the fingers, with the cg pretty much in the centre of the grip. I seem to be able to use the ball consistantly on most conditions, however, although the ball can hook a lot on the right conditions, carry is often a big problem. If your on a condition where you can swing the ball and need to score well, use a different ball! Ball No.2 was drilled almost the same, and the guy using it absolutly loves it and is scoring well on a veriety of conditions. Ball No.3 had a very large pin out, and I was initially worried about flaring over the finger holes, but, probably due to the low flare on the ball, it was ok. We drilled it with about a 6 inch pin way above the fingers, and again the cg in the palm. The bowler is a lefth

Ball specs-15lbs, 3" pin, 3.86oz top weight, polished to 1000 Drill specs- pin at 1:30 from ring finger, cg in palm This is a great ball- does exactly what Storm it says. With the great mid lane you know where it will end up-no over under at all and still hits like a champ. This is the first ball out of my bag anytime. If they are too dry it will check up early and you just put it in the bag. I tried moving deep with it when the shot broke down but the I still had to force it out and with the bad angle the 10 doesn't carry very well. When they break down I just switch to my Messenger Ti Pearl and can play the same line. I have a great 1-2 punch on medium lanes. I have had the Tour Power a month and haven't shot less than 630 with my 1-2 combo and I shot 746 and 722 back to back this week(haven't shot "7" for awhile). Everyone needs a ball like this, it has truely helped my understand how to analyze a lane and understand ball reaction better. Great Job Storm-- can't wait to try the n

Shined this baby up after it was drilled, and Im impressed. Box surface is probably too much ball unless you dont turn the ball alot, but I rev the piss out of it. Goes WAY down the lane before naking that big turn at the back. First time I bowled with it, I shot 191, 226, 236. Currently carrying 204 avg, so I was pleased. Decent carry percentage, but with the violent back end turn, I seen more 'rock 9s' than normal. Fewer solid 10's. Overall great ball. I throw is STORM, and this is probably the best one Ive had yet.

Drilled up like my er (pin above and right over ring finger, cg lined up with pin, extra hole) this is my first ball out every where except the dry house i bowl at. I find the oil, and the shot w/this ball, and if it doesn't come up, or comes up to much, i simpily swich balls. This ball tells you where the oil is, and the line to play. HARD snap when there is any backend at all, nice arc of there isn't. Carry is awesome. Couple of 9's every once in a while, but this keeps the pins low, and everything falls. One thing about the ball getting beat up, i got this w/the ultra hot (thanx alot guys at buddies!!) and use them equally, and the ball gets nicks and cuts more than any other ball i've ever owned, I'm soon to order a new one to sit in the closet untill this one is cut to its death. The pleasure has been yours. The great one

This ball has to have the smoothest backend I have ever saw on a ball reaction. This ball hooks and keeps wanting to go left! Gets through the front well and with polish is good for playing big areas in the dry. This is my new ball for dryer conditions. This ball works good on medium lanes too, so don't think this ball won't hook. I have no clue why this ball is a benchmark, this ball has a great arc-ing motion. Polish this ball and you'll have a skid snap reaction that's relentless on dry patterns.

Topweight-2.3 Weight-15 Pin-3 inchs Drilled 12:00 Stack leverage 1/2 inch weight hole, factory finish Oil Pattern-outside 12 boards soaked inside from 13-13 are mild oil. Keep this ball factory finished, tried it first with a straight wrist, standing around 22 board and tossing to 10 board with a two board roll out and have a nice smooth arc to the pocket. Tried a cranked wrist, standing at 30 board hitting the 16 board swinging to 12 board with a smooth but precise consistent roll to the pocket. Has some trouble when the lane gets dry with it turning to early. I think again like the fire power this ball is going to be a ball that doesn't sell very well but be a great ball. Oil Pattern-House shot that is flooded with snappy backend (mainly a lot of people through down and in) pattern goes to 38ft and buffed down to 42ft. First on this condition I tried a cranked wrist, standing 25 board rolling to 12 board swinging it to 5 board with a very controllable backend, really surpris

I had this ball punched up for PBA tourney in Toledo in Feb. as my heavy oil ball since I throw straight. I do not prefer to cover every board on the lane as its not my A game. Put the pin right under ring finger and I believe my pro shop guy drilled this with late revs. Im not a scientist when it comes to ball drillings, Forgive me. Out of the box 8 in a row, I put it away after seeing this monster crush the pins, Surprisingly this ball when it hit kept the pins low to the deck. Could have been the way I throw the ball to. This is the BEST ball I have ever drilled for a heavy oil condition. I liked the Colossus but it got kind of squirty after a game, Really like this one. I have a low axis tilt so that may be why I can throw this on soup, I think if you dont go coast to coast this will be a great heavy oil ball for you but if you rip it up, Id say a GREAT medium condition ball. Storm is gonna make me look kinda good with this one, Hope this helps, Grab one of these.

Had this ball set up to combat the inconsistent reactions I seem to get from alot of my equipment. Ball has good length and a very predictable hook pattern. But if I send it too wide it doesn't make it back to the pocket. Clearly not the fault of the ball. If i get it near the pocket it really doea a nice job of clearing the deck. Would've had the first 10 last Tuesday with this ball if not for a pocket 8 and a pocket 9. Everyone who bowls tournamnets needs a consistent abll like this in their aresenal

Obtained a 16 pound Tour Power with 3.74 ounce top weight and 2 inch pin. I drilled my new Tour Power with the cg and pin 4 1/4 inches from my PAP. First three games out of the box resulted in a 800 series including a 299 game with one missed ten pin. Bowled this in an AMF center with synthetic lanes playing 23 board at the foul line crossing 15 board at the arrows out to about 5 board at the breakpoint. Ball was shined using Squeaky Clean 3000 grit polish. Used the ball at another center where I normally bowl league which has more head oil and averaged over 220. Not a good ball shined up for heavier conditions, out of the box scuffed up or less shine would most likely allow ball to perform still. If looking for a versatile and outstanding benchmark ball, look no more.... Tour Power rocks the house!!!
