This is the first storm product i have had the privilege of bowling with, and it probably wont be the last. This ball goes long and flips a ton with great carry, couple stone eights and nines but thats better than stone ten's right? This ball needs speed and head oil to get it down the lane, no second shift for this ball. I also found that this ball gets good results on the cheetah and viper patterns, but becomes too unpredictable when there are larger volumes of oil. You would probably pull your hair out trying to get it to turn at the RIGHT time on the shark . The others it can have a great reaction but only if the stars align just right for ya. Good luck and high scores!

First of all I had the ball drilled with some length and a hard arch. When the Gravity makes its turn it seems to gain momentum and drive so hard. This ball is one of the best balls storm has ever made.I have been throwing storm for a long time and I can't think of a ball that gives you what this ball does.Being a cranker most balls seem to give you stone tens or even pocket 7-10s on solid hits, but this ball drives so hard it doesn't give anything a chance to stand up.It has really opened up lanes for me by allowing me to move inside more.<scr

****Had this drilled up last night for use in my Wed night league. I had it drilled up fairly aggressive. Typical house shot is pretty average, but last night the heads were toasted. There is a league on before us, and they never condition the lanes between leagues. I'm a stroker, and I usually like to play around 5-12 or so. I'm usually lined up around 2-4 boards left of center. This ball hits like a truck, and I found that I could play a very consistent line with it, with only a few minor moves throughout the night. Even with the lanes fairly dry, I could still play a similar line by just playing a little deeper shot. very controllable ball. I look forward to the coming weeks with it.****

This is a review on my second Gravity Shift I have driled for myself. These 2 balls have allowed me to get riid of 5 other balls from my bag as they are no longer needed with this 1-2 punch! Ball #1 is drilled 4 x 4 with a 3 inch pin buffer . Ball #2 is drilled 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 with a 3 inch pin buffer. Like the first this ball clears the heads with ease and reads the mids like a solid. Compared to ball #1 this one gets about a foot and a half more length before starting it's break to the pocket. It has a smooth, strong, continuas arc to the pocket with devastating hit and control. I drilled this ball to compliment my first Gracity when the lanes break down and it starts to read too early and it does so perfectly. I have drilled about 9 of these for other bowlers nad they like me are in love with this ball. Once again another great piece from Storm !!!

what a gem from storm... this could be their best ball ever!!! great midlane read as well as contiuation through the pin deck. no over -under like you get with a lot of pearlized bowling balls. ive found that i can use the ball on med. oil as well as heavier oil... what else is there to say but AWSOME BALL !!!!!!!!!! why is there a 100 word minimum??? dont need that many to describe a ball this great !!! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

I am a HammerHead, and I love all hammer balls, but I think this ball sets the bar pretty high. I have never rolled a 700 series faster with any other ball, a 707 ain't spectacular but its not a 550 which was where my slumping brought me too. I do not buy balls that are promoted by saying "Big Hook on the Backend" or "Great Length and Snap!" but this ball has those qualities. I need something to get me through more oil than my oil soaked Black Widow and it does, awesomely. 4-4.5' pin 2.83 oz. Pin 3 o'clock from ring finger drilled touching pin.

I have thrown this ball in 3-4 different Tournament houses so far and have been able to play numerous lines with excellent results. The Gravity Shift also allowed me some error room to the right without the normal over reaction that a pearl ball gives me The combination of The Shift and The Attitude Shift and The Gravity Shift gives me a great 1-2-3 go to combination, The Gravity weight block vs. core causes this ball to rev up quite nicely, and as a result, the ball does not snap off of the friction, but displays a very strong arc. I must say I am very impressed with how easily this ball clears the front part of the lane, Cover stock provides generous length into the mid-lane area. The ball is smooth off the break point and once it turns over it keeps on hooking even through into the pin deck No quit once it makes its move The back end travel on this ball is impressive to say the least I recommend this ball to anyone who likes to get controllable reaction On Medium

i love it more than i loved a girl i about married the ball is absolutely amazing and i would marry it if i could i like to play boards alot and i do and i can with this ball i can play deep even on fresh oil and with carrydown it still always gets back to the pocket, and hits hard really hard like a dozen semi's on a single point leaves nothing but dust, i have 14 balls and take 10 every time i go to the alley because lanes are never consistant so i just take as much as i can still thinking about another 6 ball roller

I got this ball and really didn't know what to expect from it. I have two attitude shifts so i was expecting something similar to that, What I got was probably the best reacting ball that I have had since my X-Factor. I had posted that the attitude was the best asymmetrical ball since the X-Factor but I would like to retract that statement. The new standard is the Gravity Shift!! Mine is a 4 1/2 x 4 layout with 1/2 psw and 1/2 finger weight. This ball is clean through the heads picks up the mid lane very nice and just explodes through the pins. I drilled and and went to practice with it and right off the press 299 (damn 9 pin), 269, 245=813. Now i know that was in practice and it counts for nothing but that is not a bad way to start off right off the press. Oh yeah that night I did shoot 783 in league so i cannot complain. Well until the next posting which will be of the rapid fire and another gravity shift BOWL UP A STORM!!!!

this ball is freakin awesome. on typical house patterns this ball gets through the heads great and has the most back end ive ever seen in a bowling ball. ok so i got the chance to bowl on some of the pba shots nd here is what i found. VIPER- great all around look rolled rele good. once it started to dry up i still had a very good look (moving left of course). SCORPION- i had the best reaction playing way inside or up 4-5 board. after bowling about 6 games the pattern started to rele dry up and tha ball would just jump throught the nose. but that didnt stop me. i moved to 6th arrow and shot 279 and it was still rolling amazingly awesome. playing up 4-5 worked very well until the pattern dried up then there was no chance of keeping it on the right part of the lane. CHAMELEON- this is one of the patterns that tends to change alot (hence the word chameleon) normally i would have been through about 6 balls in the first 10 games but i was using the grvity shift for all ten games and i

Recieved this ball at the Storm / Roto seminar. I laid the ball out 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 (pin , Mb) with a 3 inch pin buffer. Fas a pearl ball this one reads the midlane like a solid and has a strong arc with great continuation through the pin deck. Color on the ball is attractive and it has a great smell. I have thrown this ball in two different houses so far and have been able to play numerous lines and hand positions with excellent results. Scores have not been high so far but that has been do to operator error not the ball. When i have thrown it and hit my target it strkis! It has also allowed me some error room to the right without the normal over reation that a pearl ball gives me. This ball is rapidly becoming my go to ball. The combination of this ball and The Attitude Shift gives me a great 1-2 for oil and med lane conditions. Thanks Storm for another great piece to throw.
