I bought this ball for a house with dry lanes and rapid changing conditions. I had my first 700 series. 2 matter of a fact. 723, 722. This ball set personal best games. 242, 244, 246, 258, pair of 259, and 263. I have been using the ball now for 12 weeks. This is the best dry lane ball I found. The ball will not hook much on heavy oil. I have used it successfully on medium conditions when it does start to finish. This ball work well for me straight down the second arrow and equally as well over the 3rd arrow in later games when the lanes dry out even more. I chose this ball after the top bowler in a summer league average 237 with it.

well i was shooting league and my razor blade was hooking out of the house no matter where i played it. a friend of mine sold me this ball and another with a two ball carrier for twenty bucks. i imediatley asked him what condions to play them in and he said that the big hit hooks the least and needs to be played on drier lanes. i imediatley put my razor blade away and put in the big hit. appon making the change i came out and threw a six bagger and the next game opened up with a four bagger. so i cant say anything bad about the ball it is what i needed for my league shot and im glad i have it now

i use my big hit as a spare ball on medium to oily lane conditions but I like to use it on dry lanes and get some nice hook power and look back and see no pins left. the finger tips on my ball are a little to small but i am more accurate that way. overall it is a nice ball and especially for oily patterns on spare attempts.i like the fact that this ball keeps the pins low to the deck and creates more pin action. the only thing i really hate is that i hang a lot of 10 pins with this ball

In my late shift league, the lanes usually start out with either very little oil or no oil. When my blazing inferno hooks too much, I switch to the big hit. The big hit really works for my game. I can be either a tweeker or a cranker so I can adjust with the ball if I have too. I also tried this on a fresh house shot but I started out slower. It dosen't really work for that. This might not hook enough for crankers but is still a good spare ball. I recommend this to anyone having trouble with bone dry lanes.

out of the 5-6 alleys we have around town, i was frequenting a house that didnt seem to want to invest in oil. i am a fan of the storm line so i got a ball for dry conditions. i am glad i got it, i like the alley so now i can go there and use my little dry ball all i desire. hooks a lot more than i expected(if you can just get a little wrist into it also leaving your thumb in the ball). its just a fun ball. i guess you can use it as a spare ball if you really find the need to switch balls so much.

this ball and I have had some good times but when it get up in the oil don't matter where u stand it just won't work but this ball can do some damage when its medium tolight oil this ball will act good but it really depends on who throwing the ball but even good or bad bowlers when it gets in oil it will make you want to cry quit and kick any thing in your sight it makes you confused and can put down your confidence but think if you know u can bowl and you know what u can do and u get in some oil and do bad its just time to get a nother ball<sc

this is a good ball for the money. i think you need to be too prefect with it. it hits hard, but it seems like this ball does what it wants. you throw it out to get it thourgh the oil, but it hooks in the midlanes to much. throw it in more, the it just slides. but because of this, you can find out where the lane is jacked and where it isn't that all i really use this ball for. and the 10 pin. over all this ball did what i wanted it to do. this is a must have if you don't have something to go long for the dryer lanes.

this is a great ball if you need a ball for burnt conditions ,or you want to shoot the outside down and in shot, will not over react great looking ball. hits pretty hard and very consistant reaction a must for the dreaded 10 pin. the ball is a great ball for the unbelievably low price,i would suggest getting one as even if you dont like it you wont be out the big bucks, but you will like its consitancy. storm has made a winner here this ball is as advertised you will get what they say your getting

I left the pearlized factory finish on this ball so I can use it in my dry broken down league. The lanes are bowled on for a while by some other leagues. The Big Hit glides down through the heads and makes its way back to the pocket smashing pins like a storm demolishing anything in its path(beutifull simile huh). The big hit pearl also is amzingly more forgiving than i thought as in it holds when it needs to and comes back just enough. It will leave a corner pin if you hit the pocket with not enouhg or too much angle, but every ball does. I would recomend this ball to people on medium oiled lanes with dry ends that want a mild reaction or that have a lot of hand. Or if you need a controlable ball on dry lanes. 89 out of 100

I drill this ball to accomidate my arsenal. I was having trouble in some situations where ball i was using in dry conditions where not carring the pins. I drilled this ball label leverage and took it out of the bag and used it in condition with extremely dry back end. I was worried this ball might not carry the corners but there was no problem. The first time using this ball it did what it was supposed to. I shot 650 right off the bat. Over all this ball will fit perfect in my arsenal and I wont be scared to bring out because this low end ball does carry a ton.

For the price, this is a great ball. On oily lanes it does not turn one bit. If you make a mistake, it is better to throw it more on the inside than the outside. If it gets out to far by as much a 3 boards it will not come back to thit the pocket. The low flare makes it a great ball for med-dry lanes. It goes a distance before it turns. 1st night I used it I threw a 600 series. This was on medium oil conditions. This ball has more of a hook reaction than a curve reaction. I had it drilled with the pin above the ring finger. The lane conditions will determine if you can use this ball.

This ball is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only used it for three games and my very first game was a 223 and 5 strikes in the first five frames!!!! Amazing, truly amazing. My release was sooo smooth, it was a dream come true!!! It had a beautiful hook going down the lane and seemed like it saved all of its power until it hit the pins!!!!! Its my go to ball on the light and medium oiled lanes. Too bad my parents got me a 4-bag ball holder because i have a heavy oil ball and this cool ball for spares just as well as strikes. Just a perfect spare ball for anything!!! I love my ball!!!!!!!!!!! Just wish I got it sooner,
