Although this ball is a "PRO CG" ball,it still retains the same charecteristics that the "normal" ball was supposed to have.(Cg nomaddah)Good midlane move, strong backend and the ability to handle more oil than than the original Shift. This ball had the Cg to the left so it was custom made for my favorite drilling(leverage) without the x-hole.stormed 299 drilled this one too.He pretty much had to drill to China to get the excess finger weight out as the Cg is right where my middle finger is drilled and the "key" is next to and just below the thumb. I bowl on a typical hose shot in one of my leagues and my Trifecta was losing its teeth a little so I brought this ball out and I wasn't disappointed. What this ball gives me is what every bowler likes to see;forgiveness on less than perfect releases and the ability to play in the oil a little. It's not one of those "drop it on the lane and it automatically hooks" balls. You still have to do something to it,but the main strengt

Just finished a tournament with this ball. It was a 37-foot partern and synthetic AMF lanes. This ball shows off its power , in fact , too much, while handling shorter oil pattern. Again I was forced to play inside lines and I get brooklyn strikes once in a few frames. When this ball reached its break point it is just a monster at the backend. IT will SPEED like no other balls I have seen before and crash all the pins. Its reaction is quite controllable but yet strong enough when you get your shots right to your target. However I feel this ball is a bit sensitive to speed. It could be due to me probably but I would not see break point and backend anymore if I put a little bit more speed onto it. It is also sensitive to the angle of axis rotation, which is different from my twisted fury. I think that could be bcoz of the drilling. The fact is as long as there is an angle of rotation that is not less than 30 this ball will have great power and backend. Anything less than that the ball

This is an oil monster released by storm. I like to play pretty straight down and in shot on the outside part of the lane since it's usually simpler shots to manage and repeat for league and competitions. So I drilled it for early rolling tournamet layout so that i can get rid of longer oil, and the next thing is seeing it hitting the nose on the lane on outside shots all the time. It was just ridiculous power from the ball that throwing 17-18mph cant stop it from going high and forced me to migrate inside. With only my 300 over rpm this ball become the ideal choice for me to play inside shots and that shows the raw power of it. It is rather more snappy and monstrous in the backend with a literally horizontal shift at the break point and agreesive move that cuts into the pocket. Shall be looking for long and heavy conditions to try it out since it has great potential and gets a lot better on longer patterns due to the asymetric core. If u r playing mainly outside shots, consider it with

This ball has good potential, I just need to find the right line. I started to hit the 3rd arrow with it last week and it seemed to work there. If I got outside that it came back in too hard, and that was on 44' of oil. So this ball definetly likes the oil with the out of the box finish. Once I find my consistent shot with it I have no doubt that it will be a nice ball. I may have to polish it but will see with a few more weeks of bowling to see how it works out.

Holy Crap!! First off i am a HUGE fan of Strom so thats why i bought the ball. After i got the ball my 600 series shot up, i got the ball in mid december and have shot 4 600 series 643, 604, 612, and i think a 620. This ball hooks so much, i moved a full 10 board from where i normaly play. Hits so hard, carrys amazing, forgives AMAZINGLY. This is the best ball to comeout by Storm Ever. All in all great ball, all my friends and teammates are jealous of my awesome ball, you all should get one.<scr

I put the pin below my middle finger, CG kicked 3/4 of and inch, and MB just right and below the thumb. On fresh, this ball is awesome. Gets down the lane smooth and reads nicely. For someone who has a higher rev rate and slow ball speed, very predictable. Hits hard, too. But once carry down comes into play, or the heads burn up, put it away. Ball polishes up nice too and still hits hard after. Great all around ball. I would highly suggest this ball to anyone looking for a benchmark ball, something for heavy oil, or anyone looking for control.

had this ball in mind or the rising, but i chose this one. i am glad i did because this ball is amazing. you'll hook more than anyone else and with its break point you'll love seeing those pins go everywhere. I did have trouble with medium oil but i moved left and it kept leaving seven pins. so once i move back half a step on my approach and shot my highest game which is a 279. and after that i gotten 11 strikes in a row between that game and the next. i was definitely surprised with storm on this ball. if your looking for a heavy oil ball i'd pick up an attitude....

I figured this ball would match up well with the shot my house has been putting down as of late. (Very heavy oil 15 to 15 buffed out to five with dry outside early, slick outside late down the lane!) On this shot, the ball does fine as long as it doesn't reach the dry - keep it inside the oil and you'll only have a few end pins to deal with. If you send it to the dry, it just rolls out and carry will suffer if it comes up to the pocket at all. This is pretty much a crankers ball that will eat oil all night. Strokers should not even consider this weapon as it is too strong for an outside shot. Tweeners (like me!) can open up the inside but must have oil early as this ball hooks for the whole 60 feet. If it sniffs the dry, it will over-react and plow you the "Greek Church" (I think I left that split more in the past month than I have in my whole life!) Carry is better than average on flush shots with the odd end pin standing now and then- but light hits will dance the deck clear.

I got this ball really not knowing what to expect and lets just say that I was very pleased. Dare I say the best asymmetrical ball since the X-Factor!! A bold statement but I believe that this is true. I have the ball at a 4 1/2x4 drill with the pin in between the fingers. This ball even after the first shift had bowled read the lanes like a champ. It also did not give me the over under that I got with the original shift and still retained the hitting power. I am definitely going to have to get my hands on another I cannot say enough good things about this ball.

Weight Block: Shape-Lock Ball Finish: 2000 Grit Abralon RG: 2.55 (Medium-Low) Differential: .055 (High) Durometer: 74-76 Flare Potential: 6" Plus (High) Color: Crimson/Sky/Navy Fragrance: Cranberry Orange This is the best asymmetrical release by Storm to date, If you like hook and versatility then this is the ball for you. a perfect complement to the original Shift One of the conditions I used the Shift Attitude (tournament patterns ) The lane conditions developed a lot of carry down but the attitude recovered very well! On A house Condition The Attitude reacted to the blend Like the condition was made for this equipment only Even when There was Heavy oil pattern the ball seems to hook thru it It’s Roll is an little earlier mid-lane than the original Shrift, But finish is strong and continuous this ball is for to anyone who likes to get and controllable reaction in heavier oil conditions. This ball to be a perfect complement to the original Shift, as the Attitud

This is not really a review for this ball, but a little note just to let everyone know that there's a video on You Tube for this ball. Just search Attitude Shift and it should come up. It's a great video for anyone considering this ball. Watching the ball shifting to the pocket & not quitting until it landed in the pit was unreal. Looks like a real winner & the ball movement that I am kind of looking for in a ball. When I get one I will do my own review. I want one to complement my regular Shift. Bowl up a Storm.

I was lucky enough to drill two of these balls. The first ball has the pin 4 5/8 from my pap and the “key” 4 inches from my pap. The pin is only 1 ½ above the midline of my grip. I have a 25/32 balance hole on VAL in the thumb quadrant. I tried this ball on our house pattern and on the Cheetah pattern. On our house pattern this layout was clean thru the front, revving strong in the midlane, producing the strongest backend of any Storm asymmetrical ball I have ever thrown. On the Cheetah pattern I had to get the ball to the rim or else the ball was so strong down the lane that it would go high or crossover. Many balls I try on the cheetah force me to play 7 to 2. With the Attitude Shift I had to play 15 to 2 with absolutely no quit in the backends. The one concern I had was that the Attitude in box finish on shorter patterns would burn up and stop down the lane. I am no longer concerned about that. The second ball drilled has the pin 5 inches from my pap and the “key” 4 5/8 inch

I had the chance to try the Shift Attitude at the Storm open house brought by Juniors Pro Shop in Pont Mercier lanes Montreal. The lane conditions were so so with alot of carrydown but the attitude recovered very well! There wasn't tons of oil but the ball seems to hook tons. It had quite an early roll on the dryer part of the lane but in oil, goes longer and finishes strong, The ball is actually nicer then on the picture:P I reccomand this ball to anyone who likes to get alot of hook on medium oil conditions and controlable reaction in heavier oil conditions.
