I've really taken a liking to particle pearls in the last 2 years and tried quite a few mfrs. offerings but this gem is at the very top of the list. Cover is very tuneable and the strong core are a fantastic combo. Drilled up 4x5, clean in the heads and readable midland with strong arcing back end this ball is a contol freaks dream. With hand /speed adjustments you can play it anywhere you want hit it hard, roll it soft and it responds. I love to open up the lane and this orb comes off the spot hard and looking up some wood. I have 2 others NIB waiting for the press as this baby is now an endangered species.

I loved my Battle so much I gave the RSP a try based on recommendations and from what I've been seeing from RotoGrip. This ball was layed out 5x4 with pin above ring finger and small hole on PAP. Weight hole has basically killed flare and this ball just will not face up and move off the corner. Surface adjustments have not done a thing and ball has become a door stop. I usually like pearl particle equipment but haven't found anything to replace my Ace. Going to keep trying but I wouldn't recommend the RSP. I would highly recommend the Epic Battle and may look at punching up the NIB I have for backup and spinning it up to 2000 abralon w/touch of polish and see how it works. Good luck with your bowling adventures.

This is the best ball i have ever used. This ball has great hook and hits wicked hard. I love this ball. No matter how you throw this ball it will come back and still hit hard. Roto-Grip is a great manufactorer. I had to polish the surface because it was hooking to much, but its all good now. This is a great mid-perfomance ball. It can be drilled to many different people. This ball is cheap and one of the best out there. The combination of enhanced traction along with power of a low RG/high differential core will provide relentless reaction from foul line to the pit.

Great Ball I love it and it was the best purchase Ive ever made since I started bowling Unfortunatly When i was bowling at a different house, my ball got chewed up and I had to get a different one. The ball raised my avg from a 140 to a 166 which is the avg i have today. I am still struggling to find a bowling ball that moves the way my RSP did.Although it wasnt perfect, the flaws of this ball werent that big of a deal. the only bad things i can say about this ball is that it hooks early on occasion and is a little hard to throw when lanes dry out.

Lately, I have been struggling on the more oiler conditions. I was also looking for something versatile that will have an arcing reaction rather than something flippy. It is hard to find a ball like this as most of the balls on the market are these skid/flip hook monsters. I wanted a more traditional reaction for oil and the RSP gives me that. Even sanded and with a strong drilling, the RSP got through the heads very easy but at the same time creating strong midlane having a strong arc reaction. The carry is amazing for a particle, typical particle balls leave corner pins often. But this one kept the pins low not overhitting the pocket. The coverstock is very unique and I think this distincition would be the perfect ball for someone who wants a ball that can handle oil but at the same time not roll out when the lanes start to break down. Being a sanded pearl particle, the pearl part is what lets ball go easy through the heads along with the excellent carry. The sanded particle

I swing this ball out and give it room. it goes long but when it gets to the break point breaks hard to the pocket. I knew it was going to be a hard hitting ball but did not know it would hit this hard. Only problem is when the lanes dry out too much or when I go to tournament with dry condition. I have to move too far left to give it enough room and let splits I would not normaly leave. I would recomend this ball to anyone who bowls on medium to heavy oil. This is my first roto-grip ball and will keep an eye on their other releases.

This ball has a real smooth reaction stores enegy considering the cover has nice hitting power covers the lane nice. the specs are 2.5-3 inch pin 3.76 top. layed out with pin next to the ring but the cg kicked towards the palm. This ball has a motion to the pocket. This ball also works well on wood and synthetic a good all around ball. this drill may work on symetrical but not symetrical Minimum sucks, minimum sucks, mininum sucks, Mininum sucks mininum sucks. Somebody should tell them that max should be 100 not mininum. This sucks sucks sucks. Don't you hate repetative statements.

ALREADY HAVE THE ROTO GRIP EPIC BATTLE FOR HEAVY OIL, THE EPIC FOR HEAVY-MED TO MED-LITE BUT NEEDED SOMETHING THAT WOULD HANDLE THE LANES FOR ME AFTER 10 OR 15 TOURNAMENT BOWLERS DESSIMATED THE OIL. I START ON 2nd dot throwing down the 3 board. stroker in heavy oil tweener as the oil drys up. This arsenal works! almost never have to change more than 1 board on my aproach to stay in the pocket. my speed does get faster by the third game. can not begin to tell you how good this line of balls are, I threw a black hammer for 13 years, without a doubt one of the best balls ever made! ( But these three balls hit & carry better!)

I have three of these. Number one is drilled negative cross label. This one becomes a great compliment to my Epic Battle. It gives me just about the same look as my battle, however, its breakpoint is about 5' later. By third game I can take this ball out and not have to move one board, just go to a stronger hand position and keep the same mark. Number two is drilled to hook - stop with a 4" pin and no side weight and a touch of thumb. This ball grips the midlane very well but does not over react on the backend. Number three is another hook - stop just has a shorter pin and a little bit of side weight. I tend not to use this as much any more only because it tends to finish a little too much on the backend for the patterns I find around town.

Roto Grip has a perfect cover stock / core combination in the RS-P. Revs up easily but doesn't hook early. It has just enough bite with the particle pearl cover. I get a controlled but strong arc to the pocket with plenty of energy. The ball responds to different releases and flattening it out for the 10 pin isn't an issue. I can use the RS-P longer because it handles oil transition well. This is a ball that will dominate any medium condition. Pin carry has been outstanding with the RS-P. This is a great choice for someone looking to try a Roto Grip.

I have layed this ball out very agressive, with Ebonite Particle Polish. I play in 2 leagues, one with a sport shot and one with a normal house shot. You no problem playing this ball in any and all lane and oil conditions. Works great playing down and in with heavy oil, semi swing shot in medium oil, and when the lanes dry out you can swing this and it will roll in the pocket. This ball hits hard and explodes through the pins. This ball works great with or with out polish. This ball will work for any bowler who likes an agressive ball
