The frst game i bowledwith this ball was pretty good a 245. The shot i was playing was typical, and i wa trying everywhere. I played inside third, ourth, and even outside 1 and 2. The best shot was definatly outside 1 and 2. The ball would skid rite to he pocket with juss enough hook. Im not a high rev plaer probally a low rev plaer. Then when th lan was breaking down the heads got drier the ball ould hook o much. My advice is that when a ball that hooks a lot in dry when the heads are dry loft the ball as much as you can. The more they were dying up the more i had to loft. When i started to loft my scores were increasing my 20 pins a game. This ball is amazing on meduim and meduim-light. I Hvanet tried it out with heavy yet, but im sureit will do great.

The first time i got this ball was for a tournament. I pulled it out once and it did nothin. no carry, no hook. I have this ball drilled to go long and snap to the pocket. It didnt do that. I pulled it out after my tournament at my home ally and and it worked great. So i found out that this ball doesn't like synthetic lanes. But it loves wood lanes. All was fine for about 3 weeks. I pulled it out and it had no carry to it. It would either leave a 5 pin or a 10 pin. I tried everything to fix the problem throw it harder, throw it more directly at the pocket, sand it, polish it ect. And nothin worked for it. So i finally gave up on it for awhile. i pulled it out again yesturday and it still does the same thing. so now i have to look for a replacement for it. All and All. if u want a short life span ball this a good ball. but if u want a longer life ball get something else.

Roto-Grip has made it's move to help the bowlers. With all thier new products they have made it easy for the bowlers to make the right choice with them. The ball it self is a very good carry ball. If you hit light the ball will destroy the pins. If you hit the pocket heavy the pins fall down like trees. And the solid hit to the pocket just turn around walk back to your seat and wait for your turn again. The ball will give you the confidence of the professional bowler. Grip it and Rip it. The ball will do the rest.

First, a bit about me. Left, md-high spd. md.-high revs. Average about 175. This is just my first reactive ball and so far i am loving it. First series was low 500s but i was just getting used to it. Today shot 678, also my first 600 and highest series by over 100 pins. Bowled on a fresh league shot placing between fist and second arrow and hard snap at the end. This ball comes back when no other will. No matter where you hit, you will have people staring and just wondering how it is that they can't do anything and you're ripping racks apart all night. If you got md.-md.-light oil this ball will be your best friend. Heavy oil and it skateds past the breakpoint. When the oil begins to thin just keep moving left and riping racks. Definetly the best ball i have ever had or thrown. Just an update. Even though this is basically the same ball as the Trauma ER, there is one major difference. The ER loses some hook as it wears in (or so i have been told). This ball is actu

this is a great ball in trouble. even on heavy oil. the best way to shoot it in heavy oil is inside and slow. sounds crappy but it will work. if your in need of a good ball in the oil or median oil, you should sand 800 grits to it. it will work perfect. but if on a dry shot change to a different ball or adgust alot. because it will snapp to early and just simply hook to much before you even get to the pocket. dont be fooled by the drilling. my mass bias was off by 4 inches and i was doing ok. i changed it and it was better than before. i know for one thing i wont go back to the same proshop.

GOT A GOOD DEAL ON THIS ONE ( 20 BUCKS WITH ABOUT 5 GAMES ON IT.) PUNCHED IT UP WITH THE PIN, CG, AND MASS BIAS PRETTY MUCHED STACKED NEXT TO THE RING SIMPLY BECAUSE THAT THE WAY IT WAS SO I LEFT IT LIKE THAT JUST PUNCHED A BIG OL' HOLE IN THE SIDE. THIS BALL IS BEAUTIFUL. ZIPS RIGHT PAST THE HEADS AND STARTS A NICE LONG HEAVY ROLL ON OUR HOUSE SHOT. THIS BALL SEEMS FAIRLY STRAIGHT TO ME BUT THATS OK FOR ME. I WAS STANDING 37 LOOKING AT 15 AT THE ARROWS OUT TO 8 ABOUT 40 FEET AND IT JUST TORE THE POCKET APART. IVE DECIDED IF I COULDNT HAVE MY BUZZSAWS, ROTOGRIP IT WOULD BE. SO I THINK ILL USE THIS ONE FOR OUR FUN LEAGUE TO SAVE MY BUZZYS FOR THE MORE IMPORTANT STUFF. MY REASONING FOR THE 8 OUT OF TEN IS THAT THIS BADBOY DOES NOT LIKE A GREAT BIG PUDDLE AND IT LIKES THE DRY WAY LESS THAN THAT. BUT YOU COULD MAKE IT WORK ON EITHER. SO OVERALL THIS BALL GETS MY SEAL OF APPROVAL. LIKE THAT MEANS ANYTHING. LOL.

Dropped down to a 14lb ball and wanted something strong to make up some of the difference. My proshop recommended this ball so I ordered one. After three tries, finally got one that had a pin placement that I could use of about 2". Man, will this ball HIT!. I left this one in box finish( 800 I think) and drilled it with the pin just below my MIDDLE ( not ring) finger and swung the mass bias out to the strong position. Ball ended up with 1/2oz finger and 3/8oz positive side. This ball clears the heads with ease, reads the midlane well, picking up rpm as it flares up, then hits the breakpoint with a very hard arc/snap type roll and clears the deck on all but the highest of hits but, even then breaks down my splits, leaving easy spares. I would recommend this ball to anyone with plenty of oil in the shot or to those players who find themselves in need of a little help to get the ball into a good, strong hooking roll. This was the first Roto-Grip product that I have ever owned but w

This is a great ball as long as there is some oil, especially on the heads. Once the lanes start to dry out, change to something else, quick! I recommend drilling with max finger weight to get the ball to go long. If you like a ball that snaps at the back end, this one's for you. The ball hits very hard - so hard that pocket hits sometimes result in solid 9 pins (to me, this is certainly preferable to ringing 10's). I bought this ball and threw 264 right out of the box (I carry a 190 average)! I would highly recommend this ball to anyone.<scr

I hvae the pin under the figers and CG out a little. I roll it with the factory finish on a freshly oiled lanes( 35 and med oil) it rolled out at about 35 feet. made a left move left and straighted out. Even after rolling out the ball crushed the pocket.( I Have good speed) I have polished the ball to the 1500- 2000 grit range. My pro has a finer grit that he said will add a few feet of skid. after that it I will add a leverage hole. anything to get more skid. I will update this review after I have fine tuned the ball surface and get some oil.<s

Ball is drilled to roll early, but highly polished (sanded 2500, polished w/ Black Magic) to get the ball through the heads and down the lanes.12 o' clock pin under fingers, MB in track. If you can get it through the heads, watch out for the backend turn because it's like no other reactive ball I've ever thrown. It's great to see that weightblock inside of a reactive shell. Extreme early roll, extreme hook and great hit make this a must have reactive for oily lanes and tournament conditions. PAP = 6" Axis tilt = 0 to 45 degrees
