This ball was a "pro pin" ball . Pine was out 6 1/2 inches with the cg just to the left of the RAD. As i have a short span 4 1/4 inches i drilled the ball pin 4 1/2 inches Rad strong. This layout put the pin above my ring finger and the cg and rad alongside and to the right of my thumb approximatly 1 1/2 inches. This ball has a weight hole located on my VAL in the thum quadrent to get rid of the thumb weight this pattern resulted in. Bowling on an modified sport shot with this ball i got a real good midlane read with very strong backend that does'nt stop. It has rapidly become one of my favorite balls from my favorite company Storm

I would say the X-Factor Pro has more of a hockey-stick trajectory than the Triple X-Factor. Where the XXX is skid/roll/snap, the X-Factor Pro is skid/flip. It is the original X-Factor on steroids; it has better recovery and a slightly softer durometer thanks to the more-aggressive MONSOON Pearl Reactive! My Pro was drilled 5" X 4 1/2", pin under bridge, RAD near VAL (one of my favorite layouts). With this setup, lane transition is this ball's forte. Overall, it works exceptionally well on medium oil with carrydown... just watch out for the dry boards!
