I had this ball drilled with the pin above the middle of both my fingers, and the cg kicked out. On a house shot, it is great for those longer patters with lesser volume. A smooth reaction farther down the lane, and power into the pocket with that. On a 38 foot patterm it has a smoother reaction then most of my other equipment, which is great for the controllability you need with a sport shot. I play 22 to 15 and it would break about 45 feet down the lane. This ball is a great choice if you need a controllable ball with a smooth reaction for long but less oil.

Anywhere on the lane is a good place for this ball. Ball speed is determined by the compounds that neo tac produced for this ball. I haven't tried the sand-it or renew-it but am going to try them soon. This ball is very consistant and should be PBA approved. There are many drill patterens that are available and if you are looking for a dynamic duo try one drilled pin-in with no side or top weight with control-it for a spare ball or dry lane condition, And one drilled pin-out and Axis Leverage Maxed-Out. You can't go wrong with the compounds, Just don't get them on your clothes, They will eat a whole in them. This ball can be set up for any condition Wet or Dry, In or Out, Cranker or Stroker, Slow or Fast. Just can't go wrong. Good luck and Happy bowling. Ten

Bought the ball used (6 games) and had it drilled up to my specs. Drilled leverage, pin just below ring finger. High top weight, low pin. Ball rolls very smoothly, and it mucho predictable. When highly polished the ball actually does roll over and have a heavy roll (not really a snap) and can get a fairly decent angle. Polished is good for dry-medium, and the ball will move in heavy oil if you wet sand it to 600 grit (don't be expecting miracles on swamped lanes though) The only problem seems to be inherent in the coverstock. It is meant to be usable on many lane conditions (hence the name) but this makes the coverstock finicky. It's squirrley when dull, but can also move too late or too weakly when polished. It takes a while to find that perfect combination, so I'd take it out for some practice on a house shot before busting it right out of the box in league. My coverstock also wore quite quickly. I'm not sure if this a product of the crappy ol' dry wood lanes I bowl

this is a very good ball from neotac...i actually got this ball for free by the owner and let me tell you....WOW ...this ball is very good on sport shots...because as soon as it finds some dry this ball will move like crazy...even on a regular hard shot all's you need to find is some time of dryness on the lane and youll see that ball do circles...i have been leavin some stone 7 pins but its nothing to worry about...all and all this ball is very good on all oilly shots..but dry lanes you either put it away or move right in that oil and shoot deep....this ball doesnt have any problems with oil and i believe with the set up i have its a very strong ball...

We drilled this up for a shop person. This person has a spinner release and is able to hook the ball pretty good. We laid this ball out with a 4 1/2" by 5" layout. This ball was clean through the front part of the lane, and read the mid lane well, making a strong/controlled move to the pocket. The ball has good hitting power and very versatility when playing different lines on the lane. We were able to polish up the coverstock with Control it to get the ball further down the lane on the drier shots. With the polish the ball was still clean through the front and making a later move to the pocket with the same control and pop at the pocket. This ball is a great start for Neo-Tac, and a solid entry into the mid price lineup.

Ball comes factory 600 finish. HAD MINE POLISHED UP high with control it. Ball gets through the heads well(with some oil)then goes into a heavy roll with a nice arcing backend. Ball hits exceptionally well. Carries the 10 pin alot better than most balls out there today. This ball will recover nicely if sent out alittle far. Mine is drilled pin under ring finger with the cg kicked out about an inch and a half. Weight hole on my axis point. This is a good all around ball. A definate keeper and one that everyone would fit in there game<scr
