I love this ball. It hits like a Mack truck and doesn't leave ten pins. Recommended for medium-heavy oil. It will hook through the carry down like nothin'. Morich is great, get your hands on one of these and you can't put it down. I can play any part of the lane with this ball. If I send it out too far, it always comes back. This ball gets great carry even in the oiliest conditions. I will try to get a video uploaded when I can get one. Got a few pictures here. ihook, hook, hook. just as advertised. gets through heads very clean and rolls in to pocket hard! carries well. have only had ball for two months and not yet bowled in any tournaments with it, but on everyday house shot it is a monster. soaks up oil but also opens up the lane in that regard. too much ball for high rev players unless they throw very hard. price is becoming more reasonable, very inexpensive on internet now. have not messed with coverstock to see if polish or higher sanding effects ball any but have not seen why i would. need frequent cleaning.

I have about a 3 in pin and is set to about 1:30. This allows meet to play 15 to 5 even in the heavier oil. I did not change the surface of the ball, I through it with the factory finish on it. This ball is an early rolling ball. It gets through the oil but saves up enough energy to get clean through the heads. This ball has been a great ball to add to my arsnal. I had 798 out of the box! This ball is not an average med to light oil house shot. You need some oil to throw this ball.

this was the 1st ball that i have bought that wasn't brunwick. i needed a good oil ball because i struggle on oil( 19mph plus and high revs) anyway i got the hook and i was amazed at how well the ball read oil and reacted. specially with my high speed the ball still came up and slammed the pocket. a little pricey but i got mine for 150 becuase my pro shop operator is cool like that. anyway great ball by morich and i reccomend it for any player who struggles with a lot of oil on the lane. also a monster on sport shot. i bowl ina sprt shot leauge twice a week and we just got off of the 50 ft world cup shot. the awesome hook totalled that shot. absoutely easy. i can't wait for my next awesome series ball.

I'll start with saying: this is the ball I've ever thrown. Drilling: http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f51/mattbraddock/awesomehook.jpg My normal shot for the past year or two has been standing between 12-20, throwing out to 5-10 board. With this ball, I know stand between 25-30 and throw out to 7-12 board. I've never owned a ball that hooked like this (except the EPX-T1, but that's a different story). I've wanted to try Morich for sometime, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Video: http://s45.photobucket.com/albums/f51/mattbraddock/?action=view&current=041307_13001.flv<scrip

I wholeheartedly recommend the Awesome Hook for lefties, especially those who need those extra few boards just to compete with those who throw with the wrong hand. Seems to work well using 1st, 2nd, or 3rd arrows or anywhere in between. Tracks well with medium-heavy oil through 35 feet and then finds its way to the hole from there. It's the first ball I've actually had to really turn in order for it to work for me, and work it does. By not turning it at release, I am able to use it to pick up the 7 pin as well. A very versatile arsenal type ball.

This ball has earned its place as my #1 ball. I typically bowl in a hand-oiled synthetic house, which has no consistent shot from week to week. This ball has allowed me to play the same line each week within 2 boards. (Now if I could just learn to make spares). My average has improved 5 pins in 5 weeks with this ball. Not wanting to test it in just one condition, I took it to a PBA Experience tournament. The tourney was set up using the Shark pattern. Playing a down and in line (release at 12, hitting 10) the ball hooked to the pocket with no problem, and carried all day. Only left two 10-pins in 4 games, and that was because I didn't stay down on the shot. If I missed inside, it tried to stay online, and did give me some nice Brooklyn hits. Missing outside on that pattern resulted in a nice 3-6 pocket hit (regardless of what ball you were using or how much hook you thought you had). Just wish I could learn to hit my mark more consistently.

very good ball for all speed. good on house shot will take it to the national in reno. anything with morich i a fan. getting my friend into the morich fan club. next stop the awe rev wonder when mo comes out with a spare ball. morich at lease this ball are not speed sensitive. you can this ball hard or slow very good ball. you can play this from the edge to the second arrow to the deep inside. deep is not my strong suit but with this ball very possible.this maybe mo best ball next to WMB.<scrip

I drilled this ball for heavier conditions that the Awesome Flip could not handle! I am a Low Track 3.5 PAP player, I drilled this ball pin under ring and swung the Mb 1 inch right, I had a MoRich WMB that hooked more and on a cosistant basis than this Highly reactive Skid/Flipper! As soon as I can, I will Dump this ball for a InSite Super Natural! And as for people that have the need to use Foul language to describe the Best ball they have ever used, not only do 40 year old men need to post like an Adult, they also need to have smart children do a Proof reading prior to posting!

love the ball, another great morich ball, still love my seek and destroy, love to see what it do on the pro pattern shots with the long oil pattern, that is where the true test is , love the color , depending on your hand position ball roll long with super sharp break to the pocket if you got some hand you can open up the lane about 10 to 15 boards no lie, this ball is a f**king great , my drill was pin under ring finger c.g. kick out right hander , ball runs threw the carry down, i think i gonna get another one with a different drilling ,<s
