Lane Masters Terminator Bowling Ball

(4 reviews) Write a Review

The Terminator features Evolution P2 coverstock technology. This coverstock has a Medium Particle Load, which has been factory polished with Lane Masters own polishing product. The RG in the Terminator is 2.560, with a 0.040 differential. The weights available in this ball are 14 thru 16lbs featuring a Black/Blue Ice color scheme. Don't be fooled by the Terminator's appearence. It has a unique ability of handling heavier volumes of oil than are uncharacteristic of its polished finish. Amazing! .... all that nees to be said of this balls avility to start clean, rev up fast and charge the pins with a powerful turn to the pocket. A must have ball for the player who desires more than whats on the surface.

overall this is a great ball. i use it whenever im having a hard time finding the pocket. the ball will always work. and the ball is very speed sensitive which in my case is a good thing. all i have to do to make it hook less is speed it up, no hand change needed. the ball is a really good ball for oil. i got mine sanded down to 1000 with a light polish on it, and the ball is still smooth and rolls in the fronts, with amazing power in the back. overall this is a great ball for everyone lane masters are the best balls out there, however they are also some of the most expensive

This ball is very consistent and hits really hard. Even with the shine on the ball, the ball does not lose energy getting through the oil. Thanks Ken and Lane Master for this awsome bowling ball. I will be throwing Lane Master bowling balls for a long time. The Terminator was my ball choice after reading Lane Master's different recommended lane conditions, what part of the lane I play, match with the ball surface. I had back to back games of 268, and the last game 285. My series was 821. I almost beat my previous high of 822, set nine years ago. thank you Ken's Pro Shop and Lane Master.<

I am a Lane Master fan. I loved the World Class, and I love the Terminator even more. It has a nice, steady roll with very little roll out, if any. I use it on heavy oil or sport shot with much success. I hits hard, high and light carries. It forgives me with an occasional pull, and tells me where it wants to be on the lane. That is usually to give it plenty of room to the outside. The entry angle is what I like the best. It is not snappy for a 45 degree entry. But, holds a 30 degree angle that carries a lot. And, for my style, that works the best. I also find this ball valuable when the oil breaks down. Other bowlers have plowed a track that causes problems for other balls. That is when the Terminator comes out. I send it out beyond the worn track, and it comes back across other lines without any hesitation. It doesn't care what lines or carrydown there is. It goes right over them. Last night, I was doing all right, but started to fight the carrydown. I struggled

I drilled this ball up with the pin 4 inches from my PAP and the CG 3 3/4 inches from my PAP. No weight hole was needed. I first tested the Terminator on our higher volume house shot, and was not happy with the box finish on the ball. I spoke to Johnie at Lane Master and he said with our oil I should take the shine off the ball and what a difference that made. I felt that out of the box the ball was best suite for Medium to a little Heavier oil, but once I took the shine off the ball it was able to handle our heavier oil volume of our house pattern. With the layout that I used, this ball was strong arcing move back to the pocket. With the box finish the ball was super clean through the fronts and started to pick up a roll around 35 feet. When I took the shine off the ball with a Grey Scotch Brite, the ball picked up a feet earlier and made a more even overall move to the pocket. -Bill BuddiesProShop.com
