ok ball good for beginners but not a ball one should use in their league if competitive, i bought a new ball to replace this one after i got the hang of the bowling basics 3 years ago, basically good ball for drier lanes but when the lanes are oily, dont even think about it unless you a super curve or a super slow shot......pretty good ball for the price when your started to bowl, if using..try to play more of the middle of the lane cuz if this ball squirts out y the gutter yuo better have some serious hook or its hitting the rigth of the head pin

Ebonite's Tornado reactive works great in light oil and has immediately improved my humble average. The ball has striking power in light oil but dosen't move much in medium or more oil. In addition the ball seems to need at least some oil and as a result seems to hook alot but hit the pocket very weak at one Dry house I go to as compared ti the stronger pocket hits at a house with light oil. Overall, I would say this ball would work well as the third ball in most aresenals or the first choice for those that play on lighter oil. I certainly like this ball enough to purchase additional Ebonite balls in the future.---Oh yeah, the ball is also very beautiful, somewhat of a more shining, poor mans version of the SR300 with the greenish turquoise and blues of the ball.
