On most house lanes this ball is really bad a@@! Being a left hander I can throw it hard and it will bite late and set into the pocket without much work. Very consistent but it does soak up a ton of oil and grit. I've had this ball for almost 20 years. resurfaced it twice and it keeps on killing the pins. Great action on the break. I know Urethane is out of style but I don't care. I can score with this ball.

Great ball... wish I had another of the same type at 14# for a spare ball.

Welcome to Gyro Power! This is (almost) the best strike ball in my bag. I play a straight game, so this ball fits nicely into my game. The throw I use gets 'bout 3 to 4 boards of hook out of this ball. I have found this ball to be very forgiving and predictable. It gets nice pin action. The midnight blue color is cool, too. The only bad thing is that it seems to pick up lane oil like a sponge. Clean it off every 2- 3 frames. If you play a straight or low-hook game this ball is a good choice.<sc
