Columbia 300 Scout Red/Violet Pearl Bowling Ball

(2 reviews) Write a Review

The Scout Reactives have Columbia's Super-Flex Reactive Urethane coverstock. Columbia began with the same core as the Shadow/R. An offset heavy puck below the center of the ball is added inside the three-piece core. This puck creates pin out and medium differential Rg. This is the first three-piece Columbia ball with built-in track flare. It gets down the lane easily with good backend turn.

This ball has the pin above the ring finger and the cg in the palm it goes long and arcs, no snap. It is very smooth. I hate going down and in, i normally like to swing the lane about 25-10 or 30-5 all about the same. With the scout it gives me a whole new line i can play. The ball is smooth throw the heads and even smoother in the backends. Hates longer patterns and deffidently hates carrydown and burnt heads but if the backends are stripped the ball still wont snap it is a very good ball<

I thought that the Scout Reactive that bought is one in a million because it moves differently than all of the other Scout Reactives that I have seen. I would of probalbly given this ball a higher ratting if I had a different Scout Reactive or drilled it differently. I liked the fact that the ball will become a brand new ball if you polish it you if you sand it. This ball is a very hard hitting ball and it is very good for long oil. I thought that this ball is a condition. I could only use this ball on certain conditions. I used to have a different type of scout reactive and it did not move as much but this one really moved in the back end.<
