THE COLUMBIA BIG BULLY IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE COLUMBIA BOWLING BALLS I NORMALLY DONT BOWL WITH COLUMBIA. BUT I FOUND THIS ONE FOR 150 DOLLARS NEW SITTING IN THE PROSHOP WHEN I WAS DISCONTINUNED . THIS BALL IS ANAZING IT BREAKS LATE(THAT WAS WHAT I WANTED) AND IT HIT LIKES A FRICKEN TRUCK AND IF I MISS MY MARK IT MAKES IT BACK. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IT IS SORTA SPEED SENSITVE ON THE OUTSIDE IF I PLAY FIRST ARROW WHICH I EXPECTED BECUSE IT BREAKS LATE. DOES NOT ABSORB THE OIL LIKE A SPONGE THANK GOD

Ball drilled 5" from pap pin above fingers and cg kicked slightly out, balance hole needed. i normal play on wood lanes with 37ft oil on the house shots pretty flat. The tournement oil is easy for my type of play. between 4th and 5th arrow and to the breakpoint on 8th not right of the 8th the ball will jyst skid without flip. this ball is very forgiving and the hook of the ball is a very arc move. not this crasy skid/flip move like the x factor. when you hit a day where you have problems to hit the brakepoint every time. just take this ball resanded and this ball is just superb. last turnement i did play, i didnt play well. but with this ball on a bad day i still scored 1370 on 6 games. thats just okay for me on a bad day.

I haven't had a Columbia Product since my Beast when I was 12 years old. I wasn't sure what to expect. I took a chance and was not disappointed. Ball Specs: 16Lbs 2 inch Pin Lay Out: Leverage Pin Under Ring Finger CG- 2 inches down from Pin No Balance Whole I bought this ball for one purpose, One of the Two houses I bowl at in the Winter is ALWAYS flooded. None of my equipment would roll up with enought energy for the hit, I would ring a lot of Ten Pins. The first few games I liked the roll on the ball, but it was lacking in carry, and power. Out of the box the ball is 1500-Grit, So I adjusted the surface to 400-Grit Sanded. What a difference. This ball opened up the lanes nicely. I started out playing up the 5, then by the third game I was able to play more boards, from 12 to 5, or whatever the lanes called for. This is the first ball out of my bag at the house thats flooded. I can then decide if I need to adjust or put it away. I can control this ball on the dry,

when i first threw this ball down this lane it was love at first strike. I was amazed at how much i can control sucha powerful ball. it raised my average from a 156 to a very nice 213 now thats pro status which i like very much.well i tried throwing it down a dry lane and like half way down the lane it was in the gutter so not recommened for dry lanes unless u want all gutters now that i bowl with this very cool looking ball i am better than my house pro which his average is 207 but what can i say i have the right equipment.

I recently bowled in a tournament and finished the highest I have ever finished. I finished 8th out of 153 entries. Averaged 215 for 18 games and and at one point was averaging 230. I don't put a lot of turn on the ball but this ball hits the breaking point and goes through the pocket with power. No matter what part of the lane I would bowl this bowl would take my adjustment. I have bowled in tournaments for years and have never owned a ball that works so powerful as this one. I would recommend the Big Bully to anyone who is looking for a ball that will roll to the pocket with poser. The ball has so much turn to the pocket, at times I find myself throwing at 16.5 to 17.0 speed.<scrip

I got the ball for christmas this past year and righ off the bat it was a monster. The ball hooks like a machine. It has slacked off a little in the hooking power lately but i changed my throw to compensate and it is back to the way it is. You must keep a steady ball speed with this and it is a definate hit in the pocket. On oily lanes it is very forgiving...pull it in the pocket...strike baby. It is one of the best columbia balls that i have thrown to date. It is bragged of being one of the most agressive balls on the market, but i wouldnt go that far. Dont get me wrong it is a really good ball but you must stay consistent with speed, but basically you can throw it anywhere if you stay consistent with speed and it will hit the pocket.

What can I say its the best Bully in the entire Bully line. I own all three Bully's, and this one is always the first one out of my bag. This ball is perfect for medium to heavy oil. This ball just explodes thorugh the pins hitting like a ton of bricks, and finds a way to help you out when your shot is a little off. The First night out I shot a 282, 300, and a 260 for a best series ever of 846 with this ball. Through all three games I only left 3 ten pins. I would recommend this ball to anyone who plays in an oil soaked house such as me, and want a great pin killer as the Big Bully

Strong backend hooking power. Very aggressive, blows the pins away. Best ball I have ever thrown. This is the first ball out of the bag, can go all three games with this ball, but if you start with lighter oil, by second or third game, you got to move more inside or change balls. I like the color, it's more gray/red than black/red but color don't matter in bowling a bowling ball. I would recommend this ball to whoever bowls on heavier oiled lanes or bowlers with less revs that want a ball to hook, this is a ball for you.
